스위스 머랭법으로 만든 마카롱 꼬끄 입니다. 이태리 머랭법에 비하여 좀더 간단하지요. 머랭은 좀더 쉽게 윤기있고 조밀해지고요,
그래서인지 기공도 덜 생기는것 같아요.
마카로나쥬를 한후 반죽은 약간 더 진득한 느낌이 있어요. 그래서 마카로나쥬를 약간 더 한다는 기분으로 하세요.

마카롱 꼬끄 34개 분량
아몬드가루 75g
슈가파우더 75g
흰자 66g
설탕 60g
150도에서 13분 굽거나,
170도 20분예열후 140도에서 14분 구워요.

This is Swiss meringue macaron cookies. This method is a little easier than Italian Meringue’s.
Warmed egg whites becomes more glossy and dense meringue easily,.
Maybe that's why I'm getting less hollow in this Coque(shell).
After the macaron dough feels a little bit more sticky. So add a little macaronage process.
You can make hollow free macaron shell with fine pores if you use the method in this video.
It's enough to make 34 macaron shells 4cm in diameter.

34 macaron shells (4cm in diameter each)
75g super fine almond powder
75g powdered sugar
66g egg white
60g sugar
Bake at 150 for 13 minutes,
Or bake at 140 degrees for 14 minutes after 170 degrees 20 minutes preheating.

Cookswiss «Bircher Muesli» recipe
Recipe for 1 large / 2 small servings
(97kcal/100g – 496kcla for 1 big serving)
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp Oats (36g)
100ml Water (100g)
100ml Milk (100g)
1-2x Apples (200g)
½ Lemon, juice (40g)
1 Tbsp Raisins (18g)
5x Walnuts, halves (16g)
Preparation method:
- Mix the oats, water and the raisins in a small bowl.
- Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the other ingredients.
- Wash the apples and grate them whole on a «Bircher-Raffel» until nothing but the stalk, calyx and some seeds are left.
Try to grate as much of the edible parts as possible.
(If you don’t have a “Bircher-Raffel”, just use any fine grater)
- Mix as soon as possible after grating in the apples, otherwise they will oxidize.
- Add the milk and mix everything.
- Decorate the Muesli with the walnut halves and enjoy.
Notice:
You can also mix the oats and the water and leave them to soak in the fridge for one night, the oats will be softer and easier to digest, is said to be.

Shelf life:
This Muesli should be eaten as soon as possible after being made.
You can prepare it the evening before and store it tightly closed in a container overnight in the fridge.
Maximum shelf life in the fridge is 2 days, it will change its color to brown.

RAS MALAI OATS YOGURT JAR DESSERT -
- take 1 cup rolled oats, roast them a little
- while roasting add some chopped almonds & 3-4 tsp jaggery powder
- Keep roasting till jaggery melts
- now take out half of these roasted oats for second dessert
- let it cool down little.
- add some pistachios, and a pinch of salt- keep aside.
- now in a bowl take 1/4 cup hung curd, add 1 tsp jaggery powder, cardamom powder and soaked in milk saffron
- mix the yogurt and fill it in a piping bag
- make the dessert jar with layers of the mixed yogurt and rolled oats mixture
- on the top layer on hung curd garnish with fry fruits
- Rasmalai dessert is ready
CHOCOLATE OATS YOGURT JAR DESSERT-
- take the rolled oats mixture which we had kept aside
- add chocolate chips and a pinch of salt
- in another bowl, take 1/4th cup hung curd
- add 1 tsp jaggery powder, vanilla essence and chocolate shave
- mix and fill this chocolate flavoured hung curd in a piping bag
- make layers of hung curd, oats mixture and chocolate sauce
- garnish the top layer with choice of chocolate (I used nutties)
