How To make Magnificent Mushroom Soup
2 c Mushrooms, chopped
1 sm Onion, chopped
2 1/2 tb Oil
1/2 c Cashew pieces, ground
1 c Stock
1 Vegetable bouillon cube
Sea salt, to taste Cayenne pepper 1 ds Sea kelp
1/4 c Cashew pieces, whole
Saute 1 cup of the mushrooms with 1 1/2 Tbsp oil until tender. Blend the sauteed vegetables with the ground cashew pieces, water, bouillon cubes, sea salt, cayenne pepper and sea kelp. Heat the remaining oil and saute the whole cashew pieces and the remaining 1 cup mushrooms until tender. Add this to the blended mixture and bring just to a boil on low to medium heat. Simmer everything for 10-20 minutes until hot throughout and the flavours mingle. "This is an exquisite soup and one of my personal favorites." Keeps several days in the refrigerator. CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 Lbs. Shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
3 cups vegetable broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 cup milk, or substitute with half & half, or whipping cream
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1. In a large Dutch oven, or heavy bottom sauce pan, over medium-
high heat, melt butter. Add shiitake mushrooms. Stir. Sauté
10 minutes. Stir often.
2. Add salt, pepper, dried parsley, 1/2 cup milk, vegetable broth to
sautéed shiitake mushroom mixture. Bring to a gentle boil, turn
down heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Whisk remaining milk with flour. Pour into mushroom mixture.
4. Stir well. Turn heat up to medium-high. Bring to a gentle
boil stirring constantly for 1 minute. Soup will thicken slightly.
5. Garnish with fresh parsley (optional), and serve!!

• Vermicelli (cut)
• Chicken meat (sliced)
• 2 eggs
Seasoning:

• Oyster sauce (4 tablespoon)
• Light soya sauce (2 tablespoon)
• Dark soya sauce (1 teaspoon)
• Sesame oil (1 tablespoon)
• Sugar (1/2 tablespoon)
• Potato flour (3 tablespoon)
• Pepper (moderate)
• Water (3 tablespoon)

Cream of Mushroom Soup
Today’s video is a great recipe for cream of mushroom soup and so much better than a store bought can of soup. You can make this for any recipe that requires a cream of mushroom soup or just enjoy it like it is. Watch us cook.
8 oz. fresh mushrooms
1/2 tsp onion powder
1-2 garlic clove, minced
3 Tb light butter
4-5 Tb flour
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 /2 cup fat free half & half
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3 Tb cornstarch mixed with 2 Tb cold water (to thicken for chicken divan)
Wash and dice the mushrooms.
Melt butter in large frying pan. Add in mushrooms and sauce until cooked through. Add in garlic, onion powder and flour, cook for at least 1 minute to cook the flour.
Add in the chicken broth and heat until slightly thickened while stirring frequently.
Stir in half and half, then add the cornstarch and water mix for extra thick soup. Omit the cornstarch if you are using the recipe as a soup. Stir consistently to avoid burning, over medium high heat.
