Healthy cold fruit Sandwiches -
Sandwiches aren't that - just pack or stuff your comfort food between two bread slices, it's actually much more than.
Here we are talking about cold fruit sandwiches, which doesn’t require any kind of heat to make them and taste great.
Usually cold sandwiches are made from day-old bread as fresh bread does not work well for this. Any favorite filling can be used in this. Here I have used available fruits with hung curd filling. I have used walnuts, sesame and flax seeds in its filling, which are considered very healthy for breakfast. Many kids don't like fruits very much, but these decoratively made sandwiches can persuade them to eat fruit????. You can make them on their birthday parties to make children happy.
Not only this, you can also prepare them for breakfast, only hung curd can be prepared on the previous night. You can also make them as evening or picnic snacks.
So make these simple sandwiches and taste them with their attractive decorations. You can also decorate them with your own imagination.
You need :-
Bread slices in pairs
Salted butter on room temperature
Hung curd- as required
Walnuts -coarsely ground
Sesame seeds- black and white
Flaxseeds
Salt as per taste
Small pieces of different fresh fruits.
--
Mix walnuts, sesame seeds and flaxseed in hung curd. Season with salt. Add chopped fruits.
Spread some butter on bread slices.
Top with above filling and cover with second slice of pair.
Garnish as required.
