vegetable broth 1 clove garlic, minced or pressed 1/2 tsp. dried red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp. ground allspice 1 16-ounce can tomatos 1 small butternut squash (about
1 1/2 lbs.), peeled, seeded, cut into small chunks 1
pound sweet potatos, peeled and cut into small chunks pepper to taste 1 16-ounce can black beans, drained 2 sprigs parsley, finely chopped, for garnish 1-2 limes, cut in wedges, for garnish Saute onions in water or basalmic vinegar. Add remaining ingredients, except black beans, parsley, limes. Cover cook on medium low heat until squash and potatos are cooked, about 20 minutes. About 10 minutes before serving, add black beans and cook to heat through. Serve over rice, with parsley sprinkled over top for garnish, and a squeeze of lime. Enjoy! Converted by MMCONV vers. 1.50

3 Sweet Potatoes
1 onion
1 tsp grated ginger
handful chopped coriander
2 1/2 tbps Jerk seasoning paste more for hotter flavor
1 tsp curry powder
150 ml tomato passata
1 vegetable stock cube
300ml boiling water
400g ready cooked black beans
2 roasted peppers
1 tsp dried thyme

???? Cooking pot

???? INGREDIENTS:
???? 3 Sweet potatoes
???? 2 White onion
???? 3 cloves Garlic
???? 1 tsp Curry madras
???? 10 g Bouillon ( Gluten free )
???? 200 ml Coconut milk
???? Olive oil
???? Pepper
???? INSTRUCTIONS:
???? Cut the white onion and the garlic. Peel the sweet potato and cut it in slices.
???? First add the onion and garlic to the cooking pot and caramelize it. When it's caramelized you can add the sweet potato. Bake this for another 2 minutes. Now you can add the curry madras and mix this.
???? Add 1 liter water and 10 grams of bouillon. Let it boil for 10 minutes.
???? After 10 minutes take it off the stove and add the coconut milk. Blend it till smooth.

How to Make Pumpkin Soup || Jamaican Style|| Meatless Soup
Ingredients:
Roughly 2 cups chopped calabaza pumpkin
2 carrot
Roughly 10 cups water (add more if needed)
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 onion
5 cloves garlic
1 cup vegge chunks
Yellow yam
1 Irish potato
Corn
Roughly 1 cup flour and 2 tbsp fine cornmeal for dumplings
Few sprigs thyme
2 scotch bonnet pepper ( be careful not to let this burst into your pot) I used one when boiling pumpkin ( optional) you can add both when adding the fresh seasonings)
Few stalk scallion
Vegetable bouillon/ all purpose seasoning
Garlic powder
Few dash dried parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Small piece of ginger * 1/2 tsp grated
1/2 tsp ground allspice or few pimento seeds
