1 sm Butternut squash 1 3/4 c All purpose flour 1 ts Hazelnut butter 1 pn Black pepper 1 pn Nutmeg 1 pn Garlic powder Preheat oven to 350F. Cut squash into quarters, remove seeds & place in a baking dish with 1/2 c water. Cover & bake til ltender (50 to 60 minutes). Let cool & mash flesh. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine 3/4 c squash with remaining ingredients to form a soft dough. Turn out onto a floured board & knead until smooth & pliable like a firm bread dough. Place in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap & let rest for at least 30 minutes. Shape & cook dough as desired.

My butternut squash fettuccine goes perfectly with this time of year. Its comforting , delightful, and super easy to make. It is the best pasta sauce. Its vegetable base shares similar ingredients to an alfredo sauce giving our vegetable sauce a delightful and similar flavor to a creamy alfredo sauce. The difference is our butternut squash is a vegetable and naturally creamy, so it is way better for us then all the cream in the alfredo sauce. This is THE BEST BUTTERNUT SQUASH RECIPE EVER!!! Whats not to love?

Butternut squash is known for making silky smooth soups, so it's no surprise it can also act like a silky smooth sauce. ✨Recipe: ✨ Remove the seeds to butternut squash, poke holes, and place on a baking sheet for oven (salt and pepper). Bake at 400 for 25-45 minutes (until it's soft). ✨ Cook your rotini noodles according to package. ✨ Scrape out insides, and place in a blender with 1 1/2 cup milk and spices: 1tsp smoked paprika, 1tbls garlic powder, 1tsp ground thyme, 1tsp cayenne pepper, salt & pepper ✨ Pour the blend into a pot and cook until it bubbles, add in cooked pasta, and cheeses: sharp cheddar, parmesan, Monterey jack. ✨ Serve warm and enjoy ????
