Ingredients 4 cup apples, peeled, cored,sliced 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoon butter or margarine 3/4 cup rolled oats 2 tablespoon brown sugar 2 tablespoon nuts, chopped 4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions: Substitute peaches or pears when they are in season. Place apples in a microwave baking pan and sprinkle with lemon juice. In a small bowl, melt butter at High for 30 to 45 sec. Stir in rolled oats, brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Combine well. Sprinkle evenly over apples. Microwave at High for 8-10 min.
