How To make Robb's Special Day Waffles
2 c Sifted all-purpose flour
3 ts Double-acting baking powder
1 t Baking soda
1 t Salt
2 c Buttermilk
4 Eggs, well beaten
1 c Melted butter or margarine
Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt. Combine buttermilk, eggs; add to flour mixture. With hand beater, or mixer at high speed, beat until smooth; whisk in butter. When waffle iron is ready to use, pour batter into center of lower half until it spreads about 1" from edges. Bring cover down gently. Cook until no steam escapes. Do not raise cover during baking. When waffle is done, lift cover; loosen waffle with fork; serve at once. Reheat iron before pouring in next waffle.

Robb Reviews $1 Dollar Store Riblets - Spoiler alert they're good
This is another in my series of reviews of food from the frozen food section of the Dollar Tree dollar store. The riblets turned out pretty decent. I used some EVERYDAY Brand dollar store barbecue sauce and cooked the ribs for 3 hours. During the last hour, I added some sweet potatoes. This was a very simple and low cost and a surprisingly tasty meal. In the future, I recommend cooking the ribs for less time as they were less juicy than they should have been.
The next few dollar store items on the schedule are the Camillos Pizza crusts, the little White Castle burgers, some vegetarian meatballs, the ribeye steak and a 50 cent Walmart pizza crust and the 25 cent walmart ice cream sandwiches.

90 SECOND KETO BREAD
Makes 2 slices
1/4 cup almond flour
1 tablespoon low carb protein powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon allulose, optional
1/8 teaspoon salt, optional
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1 egg white
1 tablespoon heavy cream
2 teaspoons sour cream
1️⃣ 00:55 - Mix dry ingredients
To a small bowl, add almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, allulose and salt (if using). Whisk until combined.
2️⃣ 01:40 - Add wet ingredients
Add butter, egg white, sour cream and heavy cream. Mix with a fork until combined.
3️⃣ 02:14 - Pour into baking dish
Spray a square microwave or oven-safe baking dish with cooking spray and lay down 2 strips of parchment paper to line the dish on each side. Add bread dough batter to the lined dish and spread evenly.
4️⃣ 03:03 - Microwave instructions
Place dish in the microwave at bake at 100% power for 90 seconds or until bread is set on top and springs back when you touch the top. Remove from microwave and let cool before slicing.
5️⃣ 03:10 - Oven instructions
Bake at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes or until the bread is set on top and springs back when you touch the top. Remove from microwave and let cool before slicing.
6️⃣ 03:37 - Sliced bread
Using a serrated knife, cut the bread loaf into two slices by cutting down the middle.
