HI GUYS REALLY SIMPLE AND VERY FLAVOURSOME RECIPE FOR YOU GUYS TO TRY AT HOME.
1 BRITISH WHITE ONION
1 MEDIUM / LARGE RED ONION
I MEDIUM TOMATO
1/2 LARGE GREEN PEPPER
1 SMALL CARROT
1 1/2 CUCUMBER (SIMILAR SIZE OF CARROT)
1 TBS GARDEN MINT
2 TBS TOMATO KETCHUP
3 TBS TOMATO PUREE
1 TBS GOLDEN SYRUP
3 TBS MUSTARD OIL OR OLIVE OIL

To Make Laccha Onion Salad
Onion - 4 Nos
Juice Of 1/2 Lemon
Green Chilli - 3 Nos
Kashmiri Red Chilli - 1 Tsp
Salt - 1/4 Tsp
Pinch Of Pepper
Chaat Masala - 1 Tsp
Pinch Of Cumin Powder
Chopped Coriander Leaves
To Make Onion Papad Salad
Onion - 3 Nos
Tomato - 3 Nos
Juice Of 1/2 Lemon
Green Chilli - 3 Nos
Salt - 1/4 Tsp
Chilli Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Black Pepper - 1/4 Tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Chaat Masala - 1 Tsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Papad
Method:
For Lachcha Onion Salad
1. Slice the onions into thin rings and separate all the layers.
2. Put them in a bowl, add lemon juice and chopped green chilies (seeded and deseeded).
3. To this add Kashmiri red chili powder, salt, pepper powder, chaat masala and mix everything.
4. Make sure all the spices coat the onions completely.
5. Lastly add cumin powder and coriander leaves
6. Mix everything well and garnish with coriander leaves on the top.
7. Lachcha Onion Salad is ready to be served with Rotis, Tikkas or Chaats.
For Onion Papad Salad
1. Chop the onions finely and transfer them to a bowl.
2. Add the chopped tomatoes and green chilies to it.
3. Now add lemon juice, salt, chili powder, black pepper, cumin powder, chaat masala powder and mix everything well.
4. To this add coriander leaves and give a quick mix.
5. Heat a tawa and place a raw papad on it.
6. Roast it on both sides.
7. Place the roasted papad in a plate and place the onion salad on it.
8. Garnish with chopped coriander and chaat masala powder.
9. Onion Papad Salad is ready to be served.

DAHI WALE PYAZ
Ingredients
1 cup yogurt (dahi)
3 medium white onions (pyaz)
1 light green chilli
2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
Method
1. Halve the white onions and thinly slice them. Lightly crush the slices with your hand and transfer into a bowl.
2. Finely chop green chilli and add into the same bowl. Add coriander leaves, salt, and lemon juice. Stir in the yogurt till well combined. Place this bowl into a refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3. Transfer into a serving bowl.
