Honey Lime Sriracha Sauce Recipe for Chicken that combines Citrus, Heat and Sweet to complement the delicate Poultry texture and taste of Chicken. This is the exact same recipe for Honey Lime Sriracha Sauce that we use on the Honey Lime Sriracha Wings we serve at GQue BBQ in Denver Colorado.
One thing of note is we use some Franks Red hot to really reinforce that red-orange color and bring a recognizable heat to balance out the Honey Lime Sriracha Sauce.
Honey Lime Sriracha Sauce Recipe:
4oz butter (melt first)
4oz Sriracha Sauce
6oz Franks Red Hot
2oz Lime Juice
2oz White Vinegar
10oz Honey

My Meal Prep Glass Containers -
Makes - 5 (1 Litre Containers)
Ingredients -
Chicken & Seasoning -
1 Tbsp (20ml) - Peanut Oil
1kg (2.2lbs) - Boneless & Skinless Chicken Thighs, Diced
1 tsp (2.5g) - Onion Powder
4 - Garlic Cloves, Minced
Salt & Pepper To Taste
Honey Sauce -
70g (2.4oz) - Honey
50g (1.7oz) - Sriracha Sauce
30g (1.06oz) - Apple Cider Vinegar
10g (0.3oz) - Sesame Oil
Salt To Taste
Rice, Broccoli & Garnishes -
350g (12.3oz) - Basmati Rice, Washed
700ml (700g) - Cold Water
Salt & Pepper To Taste
1/2 Tbsp (10ml) - Peanut Oil
2 - Medium Sized Heads of Broccoli, Florets & Stalks Trimmed
1 - Spring Onion (Scallion), Thinly Sliced (Green Stem Only)

To store, place the containers in the fridge for up to 5 days and in the freezer for up to 4 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight, before reheating or taking it out with you. It will start losing flavour after day 3 so make sure to freeze it if you know you’re not going to eat it all within that time frame.
*It’s recommended to freeze straight away and thaw overnight when needed*
To heat, place in the microwave, pop the air vent on the lid of the container and heat in bursts until the chicken is hot in the centre.

BUTTER GARLIC CHICKEN RECIPE | HOW TO MAKE BUTTER GARLIC CHICKEN
Butter Garlic Chicken | How To Make Butter Garlic Chicken | Butter Garlic Chicken Stir Fry | Butter Garlic Chicken Recipe | Chicken Recipe | Butter Chicken Recipe | Butter Garlic Chicken Bites
Ingredients for Butter Garlic Chicken:
(Tsp- Teaspoon; Tbsp- Tablespoon )
Boneless Chicken Breast - 1 lb or 450 gms (cut into 2 inch chunks)
For Marination:
- Salt- 3/4 tsp
- Crushed pepper- 1/2 tsp
Dredge/coat with:
- All purpose Flour- 2.5 tbsp
Other ingredients:
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Butter - 3-4 tbsp (around 40 gms)
- Garlic, finely chopped- 6-8 cloves (3 tsp)
- All purpose flour - 1/2 tbsp
- Oregano- 1 tsp
- Chicken Stock - 1 cup
- Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
- Salt-pinch
- Crushed pepper -3/4 tsp
- Parsley, fine chopped- 2 tbsp
Preparation:
- Cut the chicken fillets into 2 inch chunks
- Marinate with salt & pepper. Set aside for 15 mins.
- Now add the all purpose flour on the chicken pieces. Dredge these pieces to lightly coat the pieces with the flour. Remove and set aside on a plate for 5 mins.
- Prepare Chicken stock for use later or use readymade chicken stock. (To make Chicken Stock, take around 250 gms of boned chicken in a pan and add 250 ml water. Cook it for around 15 mins to make chicken stock. Strain and set aside for use later.)
- Fine chop the garlic and parsley.
Process:
- Heat oil in a frying pan and place the chicken pieces side by side. Fry on medium heat for around 3 mins and then flip the pieces. Continue to fry on medium heat for another 3 mins. Fry on both sides for a total of another 2 mins till the pieces light brown in colour and is nearly cooked. (Total pan-frying time around 7-8 mins )
- Remove & set aside.
- Now wipe the pan clean.
- Heat butter in the same pan and then add the fine chopped garlic. Mix and fry on medium heat for 1 minute.
- Now add 1/2 tbsp all purpose flour and mix and fry on low heat for 1 min.
- Add the chicken stock, oregano, crushed pepper, lemon juice and a pinch of salt. (Do not add salt here if the chicken stock you are using has salt)
- Give a mix and cook on medium heat for a min till the stock is cooked and thickened.
- Add the fried chicken pieces. Mix and cook on medium heat for 2-3 mins till all the liquid is absorbed.
- Garnish with a pinch of crushed pepper and finely chopped parsley.
- Serve hot.

Make Your Chicken Breast Like this | The Juiciest Chicken Breast Recipe
Ingredients:
Chicken
2 chicken breasts
¾ tsp salt
1 tsp ground coriander
¾ tsp cumin
½ tsp red chili
¾ tsp garam masala
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
2 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tsp lime juice
2 tbsp mustard oil
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp lime juice
1 tbsp fresh coriander
Dipping Sauce
½ cup yogurt
8 mint leaves
½ tsp roasted cumin
1 tbsp sliced cucumber
1 tbsp fresh coriander
Instructions:
1. Place the chicken breasts in a bowl
2. Coat it with salt to taste, ground coriander, roasted cumin, red chili, garam masala, garlic paste, ginger paste, plain yogurt, lime juice, and mustard oil
3. Marinate the chicken for a minimum of 2 hours
4. Drizzle cooking oil in a hot pan
5. Place chicken and cook for 7 minutes on low to medium heat
6. Flip the chicken and cook for another 6 minutes
7. Add butter, lime juice and fresh coriander
8. Remove the chicken breasts from heat and let it rest for 2 minutes before cutting to serve
9. Prepare dipping sauce by mixing yogurt with finely chopped mint leaves and coriander, roasted cumin, and thinly sliced cucumbers
10. Ready to enjoy!

Garlic Honey Lime Salmon:
10-12 oz Salmon ( cut into serving portions)
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Green Onion (garnish)
Sauce
2 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp warm Water
2-3 tsp Lime Juice
1 tbsp minced Garlic
1 tbsp Sriracha
Indian Sticky Chicken:
8 boneless Chicken Thighs (1-1.5 lbs)
2 tbsp Garam Masala or Tandoori Seasoning ( if using tandoori seasoning pay attention to the amount of salt in it)
1-2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Salt (or less if included in seasoning already)
1/2 cup Honey
1 lg Lemon (juice)
1 tbsp Canola Oil
Beef and Broccoli:
1 lb thinly sliced Beed
12 oz Broccoli Florets
1 tbsp Canola Oil
Sauce
1 tbsp minced Garlic
1 tsp Ginger Paste
3 tbsp Brown Sugar
6 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1/2 Hot Water
1 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil

A tasty, quick, and low spice lemon garlic chicken pan-grilled recipe that you are surely going to fall in love with.
Ingredients
Chicken fillets / Breast - 1 (230 g)
Olive oil - 7 - 8 tbsp
Garlic cloves - 7- 8 Crushed
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Black pepper - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Honey- soy mix - 3 tbsp
Green chili - 1 optional
Preparation:
✅Mix olive oil, garlic, pepper, salt, lemon juice, and green chilli in a bowl
✅Cut chicken into pieces of the size of your choice
✅Coat chicken pieces well in the marination paste
✅Refrigerate for about 40 mins
✅Prepare the honey-soy glaze by mixing 2 tsp of soy sauce & 2 tsp of honey in a bowl & keep aside for glaze to be used later
Process
✅To a grill pan, add 2 tsp of butter & spread it evenly
✅ Place marinated chicken pieces on pan & grill on high heat for around 5 mins.
✅Turn them on the other side & continue to grill for 5 more mins.
✅ Lower heat to medium & keep pressing the chicken pieces with the spatula to cook
✅Turn the other side of pieces & repeat
✅Check if the chicken is cooked & glaze the chicken pieces with the honey-soy mix on both sides
✅Grill both sides for 4 min each or less (Note: Take care that the honey-soy glaze does not burn)
✅Grilled Lemon Garlic Chicken is ready to serve
