Homemade clam chowder is easy and such a treat. It is creamy, but light and so satisfying. This New England style clam chowder recipe is loaded with tender clams, silky potatoes, and bacon

INGREDIENTS FOR CLAM CHOWDER SOUP:
►6 slices bacon, cut into 1/2″ strips
►2 medium carrots, sliced into thin rings or half rings
►2 celery ribs, finely diced
►1 small onion, finely diced
►4 Tbsp all-purpose flour
►2 cups chicken broth or stock
►1 1/2 cups chopped clams with their juice (from 3 small cans), juices reserved
►1 bay leaf
►1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
►1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
►1/2 tsp dried thyme
►1 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper, or to taste
►1 1/2 lbs (6 medium) potatoes (Yukon gold or russet), peeled
►2 cups milk (any kind)
►1 cup whipping cream or heavy whipping cream

When I was in Ireland I had one of the best seafood chowders I have tried! Being from Newfoundland and growing up on a coast seafood chowder is one of my favorite comfort foods and when you give this amazing seafood a try I know it will be one of your comfort foods as well!
The Best Irish Seafood Chowder Recipe:
Ingredients:
150g or 5 oz Chopped Up Bacon
700g or 4 Cups Yukon Gold Or Yellow Flesh Potatoes
100g or 1 Celery Stick
3 cloves Crushed Garlic
200g or 2 Carrot
205ml or1 Cup White Wine
1/4 tsp Saffron
50g or 3 Tbsp Flour
2 Bay Leaf
200g or 1 Large Onion
1 liter or 4 Cups of Fish Stock
250ml or 1 Cup Milk
250ml or 1 Cup Cream
225g or 1/2 lbs Prawns Chop To Bite-Size Pieces
225g or 1/2 lbs Atlantic Salmon Prawns Chop To Bite-Size Pieces
225g or 1/2 lbs Atlantic Cod Prawns Chop To Bite-Size Pieces
Black pepper
Salt To Taste
Zest of 1 Lemon

You will absolutely love this creamy seafood chowder dish! It's perfect, cozy and satisfying for fall and winter!
Ingredients:
-1 lb. haddock cut in pieces
-2 lbs. uncooked, peeled, de-veined shrimp
-2 lbs. scallops
-4 medium potatoes, cut in 1/2'' slices
-3 cut scallions
-1/3 c. all-purpose flour
-1/4 c. melted butter
-1 c. dry white wine
-1 c. whole milk
-4 c. water
-1 vegetable or chicken bouillon cube OR chicken broth
-salt, pepper, parsley, mozzarella cheese to taste

Anna's Shrimp and Clam chowder recipe
1 cup of milk, 2 sprigs chopped parsley a few dashes of chomped onion, few sprinkles of celery seeds, a few dashes to taste of nutmeg,
1/2 lb. clean and devein shrimp, 1/8 teaspoon smoke paprika, black pepper, i garlic clove crushed or grated, few dashes of sazon tropical or Goya packet, add New England clam chowder COOK FOR 6 MINUTES better add your garlic at the last minute, add some croutons eat away.
I added Serrano peppers if you like hot., I don't add salt the soup has salt, and the Sazon also has salt.
