Today, I'm going to cover seven foods that could actually kill you. Stay safe and better your health by avoiding these foods. Keep in mind that you won't be eating some of these foods anyway if you're on the ketogenic diet. Just one more reason why getting on the Healthy Keto diet is a great idea!
7 foods that can kill you:
1. Green potatoes
Don’t consume potatoes. If you do, cut off the green parts.
2. Nutmeg
If you use nutmeg, use it sparingly.
3. Green raw almonds and raw cashews
Instead of buying bitter almonds, buy sweet almonds or roasted almonds.
4. Undercooked red kidney beans
Soak them for at least 5 hours, then boil them. Don’t slow cook them.
5. Brown rice
Don’t consume brown rice at all.
6. Uncooked bloody hamburger
Make sure you consume high-quality beef. Also, make sure it’s cooked to the point where there is no potential for E.coli.
7. Cherry pits
Don’t eat cherries. If you do, try your best not to accidentally swallow a cherry pit.

Seven months ago Steve was bald and just barely overcoming his second bout of cancer. Just look at him now! A few years ago Steve was diagnosed with testicular cancer. He decided on surgery to cut the cancer out of his body. The surgery was successful.
Exactly one year later the cancer came back in the form of a tumor in near his spine. Steve decided to use chemotherapy in order to kill the cancer and get rid of the tumor.
Steve learned a lot of techniques that helped pull him through tough times including a good mindset and positive affirmations. Steve successfully beat his cancer and is now living a life full of good foods to help keep him strong.
Now healthy and with a full head of hair, Steve shares his story of hope with anyone who needs some light and also has lots of tips on how to maintain good health and vitality.

CELERY WITH ORANGE | FRESH | HEALTHY | EASY
Hello everyone, today I will share with you my delicious and very healthy orange celery meal recipe.
Materials;
○ Celery,
○ 3 potatoes
○ 2 carrots
○ 2 onion
○ 1 lemon
○ 1 orange
○ A teaspoon of salt
○ A teaspoon of sugar
Preparation of;
Celery is peeled and cut into small pieces. Then Other vegetables are cut in the same way. A lemon juice is squeezed into the cut celery and left for half an hour. Some olive oil is poured into the pot and the onion is added immediately afterward. The onion is cooked for about 1 minute and then the other vegetables are added. Freshly squeezed orange juice is added to the prepared mixture, salt and sugar are added. Ready to eat after about 45 minutes of cooking. If you want juicy food, you can add 500 ml of water.
