How To make Zesty Meatball Sandwiches Crock Pot

onion, chopped

beef, ground
1
pound
turkey, ground
1/2
cup
bread crumbs
1/3
cup
parmesan cheese, grated
16
oz
tomato sauce, can
2
tablespoon
red wine vinegar
6-8
each
hoagie type sandwich rolls, split, warmed
Condiment Choices:
1
mozzarella cheese, shredded
1
red and yellow pepper strips
1
onions, sliced
1
olives
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat egg with salt, italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and garlic. Add chopped onion, beef, turkey, bread crumbs, and parmesan cheese; mix well. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls and brown in a large skillet. Drain meatballs and transfer to a 5 quart crockpot.
In the same bowl, mix tomato sauce and wine; pour over meatballs. Cover and cook on Low for 5 1/2 to 6 hours.
To serve: place 3 to 4 meatballs in each split roll; top with sauce from crockpot. If desired add condiments and serve.
6-8 Servings.

The Best Cheesy Meatball Sub EVER!!!
Ingredients:
1 pack Carano Spicy Sicilian Meatballs
1 pack Carando Abruzzese Meatballs
Olive oil
1 whole or 1/2 onion
1/2 jar Bertolli Five Cheese Pasta Sauce
1/2 jar Bertolli Italian Sausage Pasta Sauce
Garlic Powder
Garlic Pepper Seasoning
Red Onion Powder (spainsspices.com)
Weber Garlic Jalapeno Seasoning
Parsley
Kosher salt
Cheeses:
Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese
Pepperjack Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan cheese
Garlic Buttery Sub Rolls:
2 large French Sub Rolls
Melted butter
Garlic Salt Parsley Seasoning
Directions:
1.Heat a cast iron skillet on top of the stove, add olive oil and brown the meatballs, add onions and brown.
2. Add your pasta sauce to the skillet and mix. Add all of the seasoning ingredients listed above, taste the sauce and adjust seasoning to your liking.
3. Slice your sub rolls, but don't go to deep. You can cut your sub rolls in half as well. Coat the Sub roll with melted butter, add seasoning.
4. Mix your 3 cheeses together in a bowl, add a small amount of meatball sauce to the bottom of the sub roll, sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Add your Meatballs to the sub roll, sprinkle more parmesan cheese.
5. Add meatball sauce on top of the meatball sub, put lots of cheese on top, sprinkle Garlic Pepper seasoning and Parsley on top of the cheese.
6. Place in the oven @ 350° degrees, cook for 12-15 minutes.

1 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
3 Tsp Avocado Oil, divided
1 box Penne Pasta
4 cloves minced garlic or garlic paste
3 Tbsp unsalted butter, divided
2 tsp tomato paste
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 cups heavy cream, more if you like extra sauce
1/2 cup freshly chopped parsley
3|4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Green onion, sliced (for garnish)

1/2 tsp crushed red
1 tsp dried parsley
1 cup Italian bread crumb
1 cup fresh shredded Romano cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
Olive Oil for basting (I used about 2 Tbsp)

2 Tbsp olive oil (sub water if avoiding oil)
3 large cloves garlic (minced)
2 28-ounce cans peeled crushed (I used Muir Glen fire roasted)
1 tsp dried or fresh oregano
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp red pepper flake (reduce or increase according to spice preference)
2 Tbsp dried basil
3 Tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
4 Tbsp tomato paste
Spicy Apricot Glaze Recipe:
1/2 cup Apricot Jam or Preserves
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Sriracha
1Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp onion powder

How to make a Spicy Meatball Sandwich ~ Easy Cooking
In this easy cooking video, I make a spicy meatball sandwich in my toaster oven. The ingredients I used in my easy recipe are 3 spicy Italian meatballs, 1 Artesano sausage roll, some shredded Mexican blend cheese, and some pasta sauce. I cooked the meatballs for 8-10 minutes in a 450 degree F oven. Then added the bun and toasted it until it was brown and the cheese was melted. At the end, I put the sandwich together and added the pasta sauce.
