-MARY WILSON BWVB02B 2 c Flour
1 ts Salt
4 Eggs
1 1/2 c Oil
2 ts Baking soda
2 c White sugar
1 ts Cinnamon
3 c Carrots; grated

ICING:

1 pk Cream cheese; soften (8 oz)
1/2 c Butter; melted
2 ts Vanilla
1 pk Powdered sugar
Cake: Mix all dry ingredients together. Add oil, eggs, and carrots. Bake in 3 9-inch pans for 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 30 minutes and hen add icing. Icing: Mix ingredients together until smooth and spread on cake. Garnish with chopped pecans or carrots curls (optional). ~---- 6 of Note 1 =================
