2 tsp salt
1 c water
1 c plain yogurt
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp dried chives
1/4 tsp EACH dried oregano, thyme & basil
In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 1/2 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt. In a small saucepan, heat water and yogurt to 120-130

The best ever herb spread you can make! Made with plain soy yogurt and lots of herbs and spices. I love to put this on fresh warm toast or oven buns. It is also great to put on your veggies and use as a dip! Watch my yogurt video; I link it at the end of the video!
I show you towards the end of the video how I strain my yogurt. Easy!
All you need is some yogurt, pepper and salt, herbs of your choice. Some lemon juice and you are done! Final measurements are listed in the video. Start always with little and then adjust your spices as you wish. You can make a delicious dessert out of this to. I explain in the video!

Yogurt Bread | Soft and Puffy!
Ingredients:
- 550 g flour
- 1 pack dry yeast
- 210 ml warm milk
- 50 ml sunflower oil
- 10 g sugar
- 10 g salt
- 1 egg
- 160 g natural yogurt
Bake 42-45 min at 180 °C.
This is a very soft and puffy bread!
