1 tablespoon Honey
1 1/2 ounces Rice Krispies
1 Banana

1 package Chocolate pudding :
low-cal
2 cups Skim milk
Melt the peanut butter and the honey. Stir in Rice Krispies. Pat into a 9" pie pan. Mix pudding and skim milk. Slice banana over crust. Pour pudding over banana. Chill. Makes 4 servings. **It was brought to my attention by a viewer that I had the graham crackers entered incorrectly. I entered them as 22 1/2 crackers thinking a sheet was a cracker, not realizing each sheet was actually considered 4 crackers. After adjusting for the correct amount of crackers, the points went up to 9 per serving. If you use the Cool Whip brand of whipped topping which is lower in points than the Kroger brand I used, the points would be 8 per serving. Sorry for my calculation mistake, I usually enter things by ounces or grams to avoid this type of mistake but didn't with the graham crackers unfortunately. This is still an amazing dessert that is worth the extra points!
Ingredients:
22 and 1/2 low fat graham cracker sheets
12 oz fat free whipped topping (I used Kroger but the Cool Whip brand is lower in points and what I prefer to use but I am unable to find it where I live)
1 package sugar free, fat free, chocolate pudding and pie mix (1 oz)
2 packages sugar free, fat free vanilla pudding and pie mix (2 oz total)
4 1/2 cups skim milk, divided
Mix together vanilla pudding mix and 3 cups of milk. Let set for 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Lay 8 graham crackers in the bottom of a 13X9 inch pan. Cover with half of the vanilla pudding mixture. Top with another layer of graham crackers and cover those with remaining vanilla pudding mixture. Top with final layer of graham crackers. Mix together chocolate pudding mix and remaining 1 1/2 cups milk, let set for two minutes. Pour chocolate pudding over graham crackers. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.

●2 1/4 cups milk
●4 large egg yolks

●2 teaspoons vanilla
●3 ripe bananas (about 6 oz. each)
●1 cup whipping cream

It’s grilled chocolate-hazelnut pizza and it’s exactly as delicious as it looks!

∙4 sprays cooking spray
∙10 oz room-temperature whole-wheat pizza dough
∙¼ cup hazelnut and chocolate spread
∙1 medium sliced banana
∙1 cup raw sliced strawberries

1. Coat grill rack or grill pan with nonstick spray. Preheat to medium-high heat or prepare medium-high fire. On a piece of parchment paper, pat or roll dough into a 10-inch circle. Coat top of dough with nonstick spray.
2. Arrange dough, coated side down, on hot grill rack; grill until bottom of dough is well marked, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove dough from grill, coat top of dough with nonstick spray, and put back on grill, coated side down. Grill until bottom of dough is well marked, 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Remove crust from grill. Immediately spread hot crust with hazelnut-chocolate spread. Top with banana and strawberry slices. Cut into 8 wedges.
Serving size: 1 wedge

3-4 WW Blue or Purple Points per serving----- if you use “2 % Plain Greek Yogurt” it’s 4 pts, if you use the “Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt” then it’s only 3 blue and purple points per serving, green is 4-5 pts per serving. The recipe below is with the Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt. It makes 8 servings.
While visiting my family in Idaho I came up with this new yummy dessert. My sister took her dog to the VET, so I was by myself and a little bored. We planned to make my Triple Berry Cream Pie for dessert for our family get together that evening. My sister was gone longer than expected because her dog was ill. I looked through her cupboard and came up with this recipe idea from ingredients I found in her cupboards. It turned out AMAZING! So easy to make. I didn’t have all my video recording stuff with me, so I quickly opened my iPad and started recording. So, the quality of the video is not as good as my regular video, it’s short and to the point so I’m sure you will enjoy that. Enjoy!
