Five Spice Pork Skewers
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 lb Pork loin Chops, cubed
1/4 tsp Browning (optional)
1 1/2 - 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon Fancy molasses
1/4 tsp sesame seed oil
3 cloves garlic, minced or grated
1 tablespoon grated/minced ginger
2 tbsps finely minced scallion
2 tablespoons Chinese cooking wine
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 - 3 tsps Chinese five spice powder ( Usually a combination of five of these spices - fennel, ginger powder, cinnamon, star anise, cloves, allspice, peppercorns)
