BBQ Onion Bread I Churrasqueadas
Today's recipe is an onion bread made on the grill.
Hello, I'm José Almiro and I'm passionate about barbecue. I am Brazilian and I love to prepare barbecue recipes. I worked more than 20 years selling meats. Today I am Youtuber and I live exclusively making barbecue videos. My passion is for meat on the grill. It is mixing simple ingredients and transforming them into something different, with a unique flavor. But of course, everything with that aroma of smoke. Here on the channel, I show you mainly how the Brazilian barbecue is, picanha, rump, rib, ham, kebab, and typical dishes from each region. I invite you to know a little more about Brazilian cuisine and its customs. Here you will learn that the Brazilian barbecue is not just salt and meat, but a mixture of flavors. Barbecue is more than a meal, it is a fraternization.
