We all love healthy cakes, don’t we? Especially when they’re incredibly light, flavourful and absolutely delicious? Oh yes, we do!! So here is a whole wheat apple cake, that is eggless and also without any refined sugar.
The substitute here for eggs is flax egg. If you want to read more about it -
The only substitute for flax eggs here is chia eggs or 2 regular eggs.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups whole wheat flour ( or maida)
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
5 tablespoons water
1/2 cup coconut sugar/ brown sugar
1/4 cup jaggery powder
( you could also use 3/4 cup of regular sugar instead of coconut sugar & jaggery)
1/2 cup vegetable oil/ melted butter
1 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
