How To make Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 1/4 c Whole wheat flour
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Margarine
1/2 c Granulated sugar
1/2 c Brown sugar
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1 Egg
1/2 Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, beat margarine, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Beat in egg. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Roll batter into balls (about a Tablespoon each) and set 1 1/2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9-15 min. until edges are golden brown. Makes about 15 very big cookies. ALLISON DEVAN (EBFT80C) Here's a recipe my whole family loves! Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies
This is a very good cookie recipe. I just wanted to try using whole wheat flour to make chocolate chip cookies. It came out really good and better than I expected. The texture is chewy but a little bit grainy. It has a stronger taste and darker color than regular chocolate chip cookies.
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
(Or 1/2 cup butter + 1/2 cup shortening butter flavor)
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 ts. vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all-purpose flour,
(or use 2 cups whole wheat flour and omit all-purpose flour)
1/2 ts. salt or less
1.5 ts. baking soda
1- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Method:
1. In a mixer bowl with a paddle attachment, mix butter, sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
2. Add eggs and vanilla, and mix well.
3. Add whole wheat flour and all-purpose flour including salt and baking soda. Mix until just incorporated.
4. Mix in the chocolate chips lightly. Scoop the dough out into 1 rounded balls and freeze them for 30 minutes.
5. Bring the cookies out of the freezer and arrange them 2 apart on a baking tray. No need to thaw them.
6. Bake at 375 deg. F for 10-12 minutes. Make about 2 dozen.
7. Cool the cookies on a wire rack and store them in an air-tight container.
Note: You can freeze the dough balls for future baking in a freezer ziplock bag.

1/2 cup ghee
1/2 cup jaggery powder/ coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
A pinch of salt
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tbsp corn flour
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup chocolate chips

this recipe makes about 12 cookies

Ingredients:
2 mashed bananas
1/2 cup peanut butter (120 ml) (I use a smooth pb that is 100 % made of peanuts)
1 cup gluten-free oats (240 ml)
1/4 cup 80% dark chocolate chunks (60 ml / 40 g)

1.Mix the mashed bananas, peanut butter and oats together
2. Scoop the cookies on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Add the chocolate chips on top
3. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees (350 in Fahrenheit) for 10-12 minutes
