Daniel shows you to make grilled squid at home with a delicious spicy and tangy gochujang sauce. Most people think of calamari when they think of squid dishes. In Korea, we like to eat it simply boiled with cho-gochujang sauce or pan-fried in a tangy gochujang sauce! I also though it would be a good opportunity to show you how to clean squid. Very easy and good to see a visual walk-thru before you do at home ;)

Squid Recipe | Squid in White Wine Recipe. I've always think it's difficult to cook squid as it's difficult to achieve the right texture. So decided to experiment with it and I'm hooked! Especially it's so easy and quick to cook, and the sauce from white wine is just awesome and comforting. Hoping to soon share some recipes for calamari too as I love squid (giant squid especially) and calamari - goes best with beer!
