How To make White Chocolate Banana Cake
Cake: 2 c Cake & pastry flour
2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
3/4 c Crisco shortening
2 Eggs
1 c Mashed banana; (3-4 bananas)
1 ts Vanilla
2/3 c Buttermilk
2 White chocolate/1 oz each;
-grated Frosting: 1/2 c Crisco shortening
1/2 c Mashed banana (1-2 bananas)
4 c Icing sugar; sifted
1 tb Lemon juice
2 White chocolate
Melted and cooled 1 tb Milk; (1 to 2)
White chocolate curls -(optional) 1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
2. Grease two 8-inch round cake pans with shortening and
line with waxed paper. 3. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
4. Cream shortening, sugar and eggs on high speed until
light and fluffy. 5. Add banana and vanilla.
6. Add dry ingredients on low speed, alternating with
buttermilk, mixing lightly after each addition. 7. Stir in grated chocolate.
8. Spread batter evenly in greased pans.
9. Bake at 350F (180C) for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 10
minutes, then remove from pans and cool completely on wire racks. Frosting: 1. Beat all ingredients together at high speed until
smooth and light. Use just enough milk to make a spreading consistency. 2. Frost cake layers.
3. Decorate with chocolate curls. Makes: About 8
servings. Freezing: Excellent -----

Ingredients:
3 large ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup (115g) butter, melted
1/2 cup (100g) White Sugar
1/4 cup (50g) Brown sugar
1½ cups (190g) All-purpose flour
1/3 cup (40g) Cocoa power
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 cup (175g) Chocolate chips + for topping
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 360F (180C).
2. In a large bowl stir flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, mash bananas, add eggs and whisk until combined. Add melted butter, vanilla extract and whisk until incorporated. Add both sugars and whisk until incorporated.
4. Add dry ingredients to wet, mix until combined and smooth. Add chocolate chips and mix.
5. Pour the batter into a 9x15-inch (23x23cm) loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle some chocolate chips on top (optional).
6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before cutting.

White Chocolate Banana Brownies
Abandon all preconceived notions of what desserts can be, becausetoday I’m showing you how to make white chocolate banana brownies.
Original Recipe:
The ingredient list is simple.
You will need 1/4 cup unsalted butter,
4 oz white chocolate,
1/2 cup white sugar,
1/4 teaspoon of salt,
1 egg,
2 medium ripe bananas,
and 120 grams of flour.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
We will need two bowls for this dish, a small one for the mashed bananas and a larger, metal one for the chocolate and butter.
Mash the bananas into the bowl using a wooden spoon or a potato masher.
Put the larger bowl over low or medium low heat and add the butter and white chocolate.
After a few minutes everything will melt and become smooth and creamy.
Kill the heat and add the sugar to the mixture, stirring to incorporate.
Next, stir in the mashed bananas.
Then stir in the egg,
and the salt.
At this point you can add a teaspoon of vanilla extract if you want to bump up the flavor.
Finally, stir in the flour until it is completely mixed in.
Fetch an 8 inch square pan and spray it with some no-stick spray.
Add the batter and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for 15 minutes and then cut and serve.
These brownies taste sort of like banana bread, but the white chocolate gives them a richer, sweeter flavor.
