Sesame Chicken - BETTER THAN TAKEOUT
I would like to share sesame chicken recipe which is better than takeout. This sesame chicken recipe is best when the chicken is deep fried. My family love to indulge in deep fried crispy sesame chicken once in a while. If you are looking for crispy honey sesame chicken, try this chicken recipe.
Ingredients for Sesame Chicken:
300 gm Chicken Thigh
Grated Garlic - 1 Clove
Light Soy Sauce - 1 Tablespoon
A pinch of salt
Black pepper powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
1 egg white
Cornstarch - 2 Tablespoon
Honey - 2 Tablespoon
Sugar - 1 Tablespoon
Light Soy Sauce - 2.5 Tablespoon
Water - 3 Tablespoon
Ketchup / Tomato Sauce - 2.5 Tablespoon
White Vinegar - 1 Tablespoon
Sesame Oil - 1 Tablespoon
Cornstarch
Toasted Sesame Seeds
Green Onions
Oil for deep frying
Tips:
1. It is best to fry the chicken in 2 batches without overcrowding the wok so that the temperature of the oil would not drop.
2. If you prefer a stronger sesame flavor, add few drizzles of sesame oil after adding the fried chicken into the sauce and stir quickly.
3. This crispy sesame chicken is best to serve immediately after cooking.

I Made THE MOST Flavorful Chili in Existence!
This slow-cooked smoked brisket chili is the ultimate recipe to show off and share with your family and friends. The flavors in this chili are incredible, especially with the two secret ingredients I put in at the end.
Chili, or chili con carne, is a centuries-old recipe consisting of ground or chopped beef with chilis or chili powder. While the first recipes started to show up in San Antonio, Texas, in the early 18th century, it is said to have been created by the Aztecs in the 16 century. There are also many other stories and tales of how this came to be.
In Texas, it's often called a bowl of red and considered a crime if beans are added. However, beans have become a precondition to chili across America in other states. This classic dish has also been redone throughout the United States as there are several different versions like Cincinnati Chili, White Chicken Chili, or even this brisket chili recipe, among many others.
Chili is always good because it's hearty, can feed a big group of people, and can be altered and customized to fit your flavor profiles. In addition, it's also delicious on hotdogs and Smash Burgers.

MY WW MEAL PREP{Formerly Weight Watchers}//White Bean Chicken Chili, Chicken Enchiladas and Cookies!
Hi everyone and thanks for watching my WW Meal Prep video. These meal preps are the food that I eat for weight loss each week. So far I have lost a total of 72 pounds following the WW Blue Plan.
This week I decided to try the White Bean Chicken Chili from @slenderkitchen, recipe is linked below. We also had chicken enchiladas for our other meal and I also made my chocolate cookies!
White Bean Chicken Chili:
Corn Muffins - 3 Points each on the WW Blue Plan
1.5 cups of self rising corn meal
21 ozs of cream style corn
6 tbsp egg whites
Mix well and divide into muffin tin.
Bake for 12 - 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
Makes 12 servings.
Chicken Enchiladas - 5 Points Per Serving on the WW Blue Plan
3 Chicken Breasts
1 jar of Frontera Cilantro Jalapeno Salsa
2 8oz packets of Frontera Enchilada Sauce
1 can of Black Beans drained and rinsed
1 can of whole kernal corn drained and rinsed
1 4oz can of diced green chilis
4 Light Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges
Fresh Cilantro
1 lime
6 Ole Extreme Wellness Wraps
3/4 cup Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese
First the chicken breasts need to be cooked in the slow cooker. Place the chicken breasts into the crockpot, salt & pepper to taste, add full jar of Frontera salsa. Cook on high for 4-6 hours until chicken is cooked and shreds easily. Once done shred chicken. Then in a large skillet add the shredded chicken, 1 packet of the Frontera enchilada sauce, black beans, corn, diced green chilis, laughing cow cheese, juice of the lime, and the fresh cilantro. Cook for a few minutes until the cheese has melted and everything is combined well. I used half of this mixture to make my six enchiladas and the other half for Charlie's.
In a baking dish - add a small amount of the other packet of enchilada sauce to the bottom of the dish. Fill the 6 Ole Extreme Wellness wraps with the mixture, fold them up and place seam side down into the dish. Top with the 3/4 cup of fat free mozzarella and half of the remaining enchilada sauce ( I used the other half for Charlie's). Cover with aluminum foil and bake in oven for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Cookies:
1 scoop PE Science Chocolate Cupcake Protein Powder
1 scoop Syntrax Matrix Peanut Butter Cookie Protein Powder
200 grams of 100% Pure Pumpkin
5 grams of sugar free Jello chocolate fudge pudding mix
10 grams of Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa
1 tbsp of baking powder
100 grams of egg whites
14 grams of Lilly's Dark Chocolate No Sugar Added Baking Chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients together. Then add in the pumpkin and egg whites. If mixture seems a little dry you can add a little more egg whites. Mix together well. Then add in the chocolate chips.
Scoop mixture into 12 scoops onto a baking sheet.
Bake for about 9-10 minutes.
Don't overcook them...they will firm up more once they cool.
These are 1 point for 1 cookie and 2 points for either 2 or 3 cookies on the WW Blue Plan.

Kuru fasulye (backed beans) :
Kuru fasulye is a stewed bean dish in Turkish cuisine. It is made primarily with white beans and olive oil, and onion and tomato paste or tomato sauce are almost invariably used. Sometimes other vegetables or meat may also be added, especially pastirma. Kuru fasulye is often served along with rice or bulgur. It is often considered the national dish of Turkey.
In Turkish cuisine, kuru fasulye is almost always accompanied by Turkish rice (pilav) or cacık. Some consider Turkey's national dish to be bean with rice, or kuru-pilav in Turkish.
For 4 people, you need.
- 250 gr of dry white beans.
- 1 small tin of tomato paste (about 70 gr).
- 2/3 onions, depending on their size.
- 250 gr of ground beef.
- Salt and pepper.
- Spices: paprika, coriander, chili, nora (I didn't have any nora, so I didn't use any ...).
- Parsley.
- Since we use dry beans, we start the preparation at least 24 hours in advance (48 hours if we can).
