How To make Weight Watcher Big Cookie 1
1/3 c Non fat dry milk
1 tb Peanut butter
2 tb Raisins
1 tb Sweetner
3 tb Water
3/4 c Quick oats
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Vanilla
Combine all ingredients and form 1 large cookie. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes. EXCHANGE INFORMATION: Each Big Cookie contains 1 bread, 1

Cake Mix Cookies:
Ingredients-
1 Box of Cake Mix
1/3 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
2 eggs
1/3 Cup White Chocolate Chips (optional)
Directions-
Preheat Oven to 350
Mix together cake mix, applesauce, and eggs
Mix in Chocolate Chips
Spoon onto Cookie Sheet (should make 40 cookies)
Bake for 10 minutes
Let cool for 1-2 minutes, then transfer to cooling rack
Store in an air tight container

Veggies of your choice
Trader Joes Lite Mozzarella
Cook veggies until softened. Add eggs and meat and scramble. Fill pita pockets with egg mixture and top with cheese!

These fudgy chocolate cookies are so yummy and perfect for those times when you have a chocolate craving! The are super easy and quick to make, coming together in just minutes! They are a sweet treat that the whole family will love!

Ingredients for cookies:
2 cups self-rising flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 large egg
4 tsp oil
1-2 tsp vanilla extract
1Tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting cookies)
In a separate bow, combine flour and cocoa powder together, set aside. In a mixer or another bowl, combine remaining ingredients, minus the powdered sugar. Add in flour mixture and mix until dough forms. Roll dough into balls (2 Tbsp a ball) and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Let cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar.
