How To make Washington Apple Cake
3 Eggs
2 c Sugar
1 c Cooking oil
2 c All-purpose flour
2 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Chopped walnuts
4 c Tart apples; 5 medium
-pared-thinly sliced Creamed cheese frosting: See directions Beat eggs with a mixer until thick and light. Combine sugar and oil; pour into eggs with mixer on medium speed. Stir together flour, cinnamon, soda and salt; add to egg mixture with vanilla; beat to mix. Stir in walnuts. Spread apples in a buttered 13x9x2 inch pan. Pour batter over apples, spreading to cover. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven and cool. Spread with Cream Cheese Icing. CREAM CHEESE ICING Soften 2 - 3 oz. packages cream cheese. Beat until fluffy. Beat in 1/4 cup melted butter; then beat in 2 cups powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Spread over cooled cake. Refrigerate. 12-15 servings. -----

Old Fashioned Fresh Apple Cake
Hey everyone!
I hope you love this cake. It's an old fashioned fresh apple cake that’s really moist, easy to mix and it's covered in a rich brown sugar and butter glaze.
This cake is pretty easy to make. It’s virtually a one-bowl cake and the hardest thing about it is chopping the apples.
It’s quick to put together that it makes a perfect family or fall get-together dessert and the best cake for potlucks.

Autumn is time for apples. If you are already tired of the traditional charlotte and wondering what to bake for tea, try baking a pound cake with apples:
• Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar. Thanks to the latter, the apple cake is incredibly fragrant.
• Then add milk and vegetable oil in the indicated proportions.
• Pass flour and baking powder through a sieve. Because of this, homemade cake will be tender and airy. Stir everything.
• Cut apples into chunks, add lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon. After all, we are baking not an ordinary, but an apple cake.
• Pour the dough into a baking dish coated with butter and sprinkled with semolina.
• Put apples on top. Then put to bake in the oven for 60 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees.
• At this time, prepare the glazing.
