1/2 c Grated carrots 1/2 c Finely chopped celery 2 tb Chopped onions 1 tb Chopped fresh parsley 1 tb Chopped green peppers 1 ea Egg, Beaten 1 tb Vegetable oil 1/4 c Tomato juice 1 c Ground Sunflower Seeds 2 tb Wheat Germ 1/8 ts Dried Basil Preheat oven to 350. In a medium-size bowl combine all ingredients, and shape into patties. Arrange in an oiled shallow baking dish. Bake until brown on top, about 15 minutes. Turn patties and bake until reverse sides are brown 10-15 m.

Sunshine Burger Stuff Mushrooms
What you'll need: 10-12 oz Baby Bella mushrooms 1/2 cup Wild Rice (or your rice of choice) Vegetable Stock (however much your rice suggests you use for 1/2 cup of rice) 1/4 cup of Vegan Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup Raw Walnuts 1 1/2 tsp minced Garlic 1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil 2 Thawed Shiitake Sunshine Burgers
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. You'll use this temp for the walnuts AND for the mushrooms.
Prepare the rice as directed on the package. While it cooks.. place walnuts on a pan and cook in the oven for 5 minutes. Then, wash the mushrooms and remove the stems. Once the walnuts are done and the mushrooms are cleans/de-stemmed, brush them with olive oil and cook them unstuffed for 10 minutes.
While the mushrooms are cooking, cook the thawed sunshine burgers in a pan with olive oil until crumbled and crisp.
Remove the mushrooms from the oven, set aside. When the rice is done cooking, add the crumbled burgers, parmesan cheese, olive oil, and walnuts and mix together.
Stuff the mushrooms and top with extra parmesan cheese. Cook for another 15 minutes!
Vegan Oat/Nut/Veggie Burgers
Make sure you use as many organic ingredients as possible. These are surprisingly delicious and really fun to make & eat!
1 tablespoon raw beet, grated finely
1/2 cup oats, cooked
1 cup oats, uncooked and ground
1/2 cup walnuts, ground coarsely
1/4 cup almonds, ground coarsely
2 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon powdered vegetable broth
1/4 cup green pepper, minced
1/4 cup celery, minced
1/4 cup onion, minced
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon sage, grounded
1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes (optional)
2 tablespoon cooking oil
Thoroughly mix all ingredients (except cooking oil) in a large bowl.
With your hands, form ingredients into patties about 4 inches round and 1/2 inch thick (not too thin).
Oil a pan and cook covered on med high heat on each side for about 5+ minutes.
Serving size: 5
Prep time: 60 minutes
