1/2 c melted butter
2 c dark brown sugar
2 egg
1 1/2 c flour
2 ts baking powder
1 ts vanilla
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Butter a 9" square cake pan. Mix all of the ingredients together, combining them well. Spread mixture in the cake pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until dry on top and almost firm to the touch. Let cool for 10-15 minutes, then cut in 2" squares. This is a chunky dessert bar that mashes together chocolate chip cookie dough, pretzels, cornflakes, nut butter condensed milk, coconut, and chocolate Easter egg candy. Why not just make a Magic 7 Layer Bar (also called Hello Dollys) you ask? I wanted to use pretzels for that salty sweet combo, but after testing several batches it was just too dry and crumbly. The pretzel crust wasn’t happening. My mouth hurt when eating them. I wanted something soft yet full of texture and not overly sweet. And so the Magic Blondie Bar mashup was born! Cloudy Kitchen makes a similar classic Magic Bar version using a shortbread base with hazelnuts.

Vinegar - 1/2 Tsp.
For Sugar Syrup
Sugar - 1/4 Cup (50 gm)
Water -1/2 Cup
Salt - 1 Pinch
For making Chocolate whipping cream
Whipping cream - 3 Tbsp
Grated chocolate - 3/4 Cup (75 gm)
Whipping cream - 2 Cup (400 ml)
For making Chocolate Ganache,
Grated Dark compound - 250 gm
Butter - 2 Tbsp.
Amul Fresh cream - 250 ml
Sugar - 4 Tbsp.
