How To make Ukrainian Cold Fruit Soup
2 c Water, cold
1 lb Apples, cored, peeled &
- cubed 3/4" 1 lb Pears, cored, peeled, &
- cubed 3/4" 1/2 lb Cheeries, pitted
1/2 lb Plums, pitted
1/2 lb Peaches, peeled, pitted, &
-cubed 3/4" 1/2 c Bread crumbs, soft & fresh
1 T Fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 T Grated lemon rind
1/4 c Raspberry jam or preserves
1/2 c Sugar
3/4 c White wine, sweet
1 c Cranberry juice
Put the water, cinnamon, lemon juice bread crumbs, and the lemon rind in large pot. Bring to a boil, then add the fruits, reduce heat, and simmer for 25 minutes. Puree this mixture in a blender then add the jam, wine, & cranberry juice. Mix well then refrigerate. Serve when well chilled. Note: Apple dumplings may be served in this soup.

How to Cook Creamy Millet Porridge || Delicious Breakfast Recipe by Always Yummy!
As known millet is a processed and cleaned broomcorn millet, nourishing and healthy product. Millet improves metabolism, participates in protein synthesis, regulates blood sugar level, accelerates fat splitting and is a anti-depressant vitamin as it helps to create happiness and good mood hormone. In our video recipe you’ll see how to cook a millet porridge with milk even tastier. Serve it for breakfast with honey, nuts or berries or as a side dish to main course for a dinner.

✅ Ingredients:
• millet – 1 cup | 200 g
• water – 2 cups | 400 ml
• milk – 1 cup | 200 ml
• butter – ⅔ oz | 20 g
• sugar – 1 tsp
• salt - ⅓ tsp
✔︎ You will need:
• bowl
• pan
• saucepan
???? Preparation:
1. Rinse well a cup of millet with cold water 6-8 times until water is clear. Drain.
2. Heat a pan over medium heat, add the millet and fry for 5 minutes stirring constantly until bright yellow.
3. Add the fried millet into a saucepan, add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
4. Reduce the heat to low and cook the porridge for 15 minutes stirring constantly until water fully evaporates.
5. Add a cup of milk and ⅓ oz | 10 g of butter, stir well and cook for 5 minutes more.
6. Then add the sugar, salt and ⅓ oz | 10 g of butter, stir, switch the heat off, cover with a lid and leave for 15 minutes.
7. Serve the millet porridge hot for a breakfast with honey, nuts, berries or as a side dish for dinner.

This is a super easy, quick, cheap, healthy, soo refreshing soup recipe, which is perfect for hot summer days. But even during the winter, you want to be reminded what summer tastes like – this soup recipe is for you. We chose to garnish with new potato wedges.
Ingredients are very few and basic. Optionally, you could add some sugar and citric acid to enhance the flavours. You can also choose garnish according to your likes: it could be mash potatoes, crispy potato wedges, boiled potatoes, fries.
INGREDIENTS for Lithuanian Cold beetroot soup
• 500 g jar of pickled beetroots;
• 1 l kefir; (Kefir soup Recipe)
• 1 medium size cucumber;
• 2-3 spring onions;
• Hard boiled eggs;
• 3 tsp salt (or to taste);
• Chopped fresh dill;
• 10 New potatoes;
• 4 tsp olive oil;
• 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 2 tsp Italian herbs to season potatoes;
PROCESS for Pink soup
1. Pre-boil potatoes for approx. 15 mins and boil eggs;
2. Cut them into wedges, add olive oil, salt, pepper, Italian herbs and put in the oven to crisp – 200 degrees, 15 mins (last 5 mins on grill setting);
3. While potatoes are in oven, we can prepare soup: cucumber, beetroots, spring onions, salt, pepper, kefir, dill into a large bowl and mix.
4. ** Optionally you could add some sugar and citric acid to enhance flavours;
5. Garnish with boiled eggs and potatoes;
6. ENJOY!
