Unveiling Mom's birthday cake on Facebook Live: the Tunnel of Fudge, baked in a Lodge cast iron bundt pan. Fool that I am, I'll be flipping the cake and unveiling it on live video because, well, either it will succeed or it will fail. The Tunnel of Fudge is a difficult cake to successfully make. Furthermore, this is a new oven in a new kitchen, I'm still becoming used to it, my previous two cakes have both stuck in the pan, *and* my track record for birthday cakes is abysmal. Almost always, something has happened to the finished cake. So, why not broadcast it live for everyone to see? Place your bets (no, I'm not managing the betting) and come over to watch.
