1 md Ripe Mango, peeled, pitted And cut into 1/4" cubes 1 md Ripe Papaya, peeled, seeded And cut into 1/4" cubes 1 md Ripe Avocado, peeled, pitted And cut into 1/4" cubes 3 tb Lime Juice 2 tb Fresh Cilantro, chopped 2 tb Brown Sugar 1 ts Jalapeno Peppers, drained 1 ts Ginger, crushed Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavours to blend. Serve with grilled fish or chicken. Also good with tortilla chips.

Ingredients: Tropical fruits 1 tbsp honey 2 tsp chat masala 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 green chilly 1/2 cup mint leaves Salt to taste
Method of preparation: Cut the red apples into dices and transfer it onto a bowl. Add diced oranges, ripe banana, green chili, fresh mint, pomegranate seeds, juice of a lemon, melon, watermelon, and papaya to the bowl. Add honey, chat masala, salt and give it a mix. Store it in the refrigerator for a minimum of an hour and our fruit salsa is ready.
