4 egg whites
1/4tsp cream of tartar (or lemon juice )
100gm sugar(1/2cup)
1/4 tsp baking powder (optional)
4 egg yolks
1tbsp vanilla
100gm flour (maida)(12tbsp)
BAKE 170℃ OVEN 25-30MINS

3 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup milk
Milk mixture:
1 cup strawberries
1 cup milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk

Prepare Mango Sauce:
-Mango puree 500g
-Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
Prepare Mango Milk Syrup:
-Cream 3-4 tbs
-Condensed milk 4-5 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 2 & ½ Cups
Prepare Cake:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ Cup (230g)
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Baking powder 1 tsp
-Nurpur Butter unsalted 200g (room temperature)
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ¾ Cup
-Anday (Eggs) 5 (room temperature)
-Doodh (Milk) 1/3 Cup (room temperature)
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Whipped cream
-Mango
-Podina (Mint leaves)
Directions:
Prepare Mango Sauce:
-In frying pan,add mango puree & cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
-Add sugar,mix well & cook on low flame until for 4-5 minutes or until it thickens,strain & let it cool.
Prepare Mango Milk Syrup:
-In a jug,add cooked mango puree (1 Cup),cream,condensed milk,milk,whisk well & set aside.
Prepare Cake:
-On a bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour,salt,baking powder,sift well & set aside.
-In another bowl,add butter & beat well for 3-4 minutes.
-Add caster sugar & beat well for 2 minutes.
-Add eggs,one by one & beat after each edition.
-Add dry flour mixture & beat well.
-Add milk,vanilla essence & beat well.
-Grease baking dish (8.5 X 8.5 inches) with butter,lined with butter paper & grease it with butter.
-Pour cake batter,spread evenly & tap few times.
-Bake in preheated oven at 170C for 40-42 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
-Let it cool at room temperature.
-Carefully remove butter paper & flip cake on baking dish.
-Poke holes with the help of fork or skewer,pour prepared mango milk syrup & let it absorb completely (add more syrup if required).
-Cover with cling film & refrigerate for 2 hours.
-Add & spread whipped cream & prepared mango sauce.
-Garnish with mango,mint leaves & serve chilled!

-Alag bowl mein makhan dal ker 3-4 minutes kliya beat ker lein.
-Bareek cheeni dal ker 2 minute kliya ache tarhan beat karein.
-Ek,ek ker ka anda shamil karein aur beat kertay rahein.
-Dry flour mixture dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Doodh aur vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Baking dish (8.5 X 8.5 inches) ko makhan sa grease karein aur butter paper laga ker makhan sa grease ker lein.
-Cake batter dal ker evenly pheela lein aur few times tap karein.
-Preheated oven mein 170C per 40-42 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Room temperature per thanda ker lein.
-Butter paper ko carefully remove ker lein aur dish per flip ker lein.
-Fork ya skewer ki madad sa cake per holes ker lein aur tayyar mango milk syrup dal dein aur completely absorb hunay dein (agar zaroorat ho tou aur syrup dal dein).
-Cling film sa cover lein aur 2 hours kliya refrigerate ker lein.
-Whipped cream aur tayyar mango sauce dal ker pheela lein.
-Aam aur podina sa garnish ker ka thanda serve karein!

For the milk sauce;
3 1/2 cups milk (700 ml)
3 tbsp granulated sugar
200 ml heavy cream
For the caramel sauce;
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp butter
200 ml heavy cream
For the top;
1 pack whipped cream powder (75g)
1 cup cold milk (200 ml)
1 cup = 200 ml
