THIS Chocolate Bundt Cake Recipe is the best
Welcome back friends to #MyKitchenMyRules! I have been searching the web for the best chocolate cake recipe for my baby girl’s birthday! Adapted from Ina Garten, the Barefoot Contessa Beatty's Chocolate Cake recipe. My NEW go-to for ANY chocolate cake occasion!
Your kids will surely lick the beaters and this cake is perfect for birthdays ???? or even a Saturday afternoon picnic! And you’re going to love the nifty Nordic Ware Bundt Pan I use for this too.
★ Nordic Ware Bundt Pan ★

★ INGREDIENTS ★
1 3/4 cups White Lily flour (plus more for pans)
2 cups Dixie Crystals sugar
3/4 cups good cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Morton Salt
1 cup buttermilk shaken
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 extra-large eggs - room temperature
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup freshly brewed coffee
★ DIRECTIONS ★
1. Preheat oven to 350° and grease and flour 1 bundt pan (or two 8-inch x 2 round cake pans lined with a circle of parchment paper).
2. Sift the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt into a bowl. Mix on low speed until combined.
3. In another bowl, combine buttermilk, oil eggs, and vanilla. Mix on low speed, slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry. Then add coffee and stir just to combine the ingredients.
4. Pour the batter into a bundt pan and bake for 45 minutes (2 layers, bake for 35-40 minutes). Cool in pan for 30 minutes, then turn out onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
5. Sprinkle Dixie Crystals confectioners' sugar. (optional Chocolate Buttercream frosting)

This is a super quick & easy and so yummy & tasty Chocolate Cake Recipe that it's utterly Wacky! It takes less than 5 minutes to prepare this cake. No Mess! No Eggs! No Milk! No Butter! Vegan chocolate cake recipe!
My wife has been baking up a storm since we've been social distancing and staying home during the pandemic and she remembered this old fashioned wacky chocolate cake recipe that her mom used to make. It's so easy and yummy that you'll just love it!
I'm drooling just talking about it! ????
???????? Tasty Wacky Chocolate Cake Recipe:
* NO Eggs
* NO Milk
* NO Butter
* NO Mess
* Vegan
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Cup Sugar
3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp White Vinegar
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Warm Water
Preparation & Baking Instructions:
(Prepare & Bake In One Pan!)
Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt together in an ungreased 8-inch (2L) (Round or Square) cake pan. Level the dry ingredients by gently shaking or tapping the pan. Then make 3 wells (holes) in the dry mixture. 1 big one and two smalls ones. Pour the oil in the big well, and the vinegar and the vanilla into the two smaller wells. Then mix thoroughly with a fork. Be careful not to scratch your pan. Bake for 30 minutes and then do the Toothpick Test to see if your cake is done. (see instructions below). Let your wacky chocolate cake cool and then cut out your cake slices right out of the pan!
Pro Tip: This Wacky Chocolate Cake is super tasty with my Mocha Buttercream Icing:
Toothpick Test:
Insert toothpick into center of muffin and pull it back out. If there is still sticky batter on the toothpick, continue baking for 5 minutes at a time. If the toothpick comes out clean, the muffins are ready to come out of the oven.
