Goat Cheese Tortellini Recipe by Chef Dangoor -- TigerChef
Renowned video blogger for tigerchef.com/ and chef extraordinaire Danny Dangoor teaches how to make goat cheese tortellini. Ingredients needed are mushrooms, onions, goat cheese, egg, oil, salt, and tortellini paper. To create the filling, saute the mushrooms and onions before adding them to the goat cheese. When stuffing the tortellini paper, don't use too much filling and be careful to remove air bubbles.
These tortellini cook in simmering water in about four minutes. Preparation is time consuming so it's best to make a large batch and freeze what you don't use for long term use. Serve with a browned butter or tomato sauce garnish.
