How To make Tomato Vinagrette

3 Tomatoes, cut into wedges

VINAGRETTE:

1/2 Onion, minced
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1/3 c Olive Oil
1/4 c Wine Vinegar
1 tb Basalmic Vinegar
2 tb Parsley, minced
1 pn Red Pepper, crushed
