This homemade café-level blueberry crumbles cheesecake is extremely good and incredibly easy to make.
A smooth cheesecake layer filled with bursting blueberries, crunchy roasted crumb on top is irresistible!
Blueberries go really well with cheesecake, so delicious and flavorful.
The recipe is simple as well, I'm sure you will definitely love it.

Cracker 75g
Melted butter 25g
✅Ingredient#2- Crumble Topping
Low protein flour 60g
Caster sugar/Powdered sugar 15g
Milk powder 5g (optional)
Soften butter 25g
✅Ingredient#3- Cheesecake
Cream cheese 225g
Yogurt 100g
Caster sugar/Powdered sugar 50g
Egg 2
Whipping cream 100g
Low protein flour 25g
Lemon juice 3g

Chocolate Ganache Recipe
In this tutorial I'll show you how to make chocolate ganache. Ganache is so easy to make and absolutely delicious. You can adjust your ganache by adding more or less heavy cream (35%). For a chocolate drip, I use a 1:1 ratio and for covering a cake, 2:1. Usually I use a high quality chocolate to make ganache but due to a lack of supplies in my area, I used Kirkland semi sweet chocolate chips from Costco. It tastes great, it's smooth and had great structure for my cake.
