How To make Tofu Anti Pasto
1/3 c Black olives, pitted
1 c Mushrooms, quartered
1 c Celery, sliced
1 1/2 c Tomatoes, diced
1 ea Red bell pepper, julienned
1 ea Yellow bell pepper, julienne
2 ea Green onions, sliced thinly
1 1/2 c Tofu, diced
1 ea Garlic clove, chopped
1 1/2 ts Oregano
2 tb Balsamic vinegar
1/4 c Olive oil
Salt & pepper, to taste Combine the vegetables & tofu in a large mixing or salad bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients & mix gently to combine. Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes. Check the seasoning before serving.

Hey Foodies! Get the bold flavors of dinakdakan without the guilt! Dinakdakan is an appetizer dish that originated from the Ilocos Region, here in the Philippines. This interesting dish is made-up of boiled and grilled pig parts – in which ears, liver, and face (mascara) are the most commonly used.
The authentic dinakdakan recipe makes use of pig brain. This ingredient helps give the dish a thick and sticky texture. Going meatless? Here's my version of Dinakdakan using tofu!

500g Chinese Tofu
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Kalamansi Juice or Lemon
1 tsp brown sugar
10g minced ginger
20g minced bellpepper
1/2 red onion
2 pcs green thai chili peppers
5g spring onion
Salt and Pepper to taste
Oil for frying
