2 cups butter 2 tsp. baking soda 5 cups blended oatmeal 2 cups brown sugar 1 8 oz. Hershey bar -- grated 2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. vanilla 4 cups flour 2 cups sugar 24 oz. chocolate chips 1 tsp. salt 4 eggs 3 cups chopped nuts (your choice) Cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla; mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add chocolate chips, Hershey bar and nuts. Roll into bars and place 2-inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 375-degrees. Note: (Measure oatmeal and blend in a blender to a fine powder). Makes 112 cookies.

Here is the recipe for the $250 Neiman Marcus Cookie 2 1/2 cup rolled oats, blended 2 cups flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperture 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup brown sugar 2 Eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 12 oz chocolate chips(2 cups) 1(4 oz) Hershey bar, grated(freeze for easy grating)
Line cookie sheets with parchment paper, for easy cleanup Cream butter and sugars, until light and fluffy, Beat in eggs and vanilla, until well blended. Add flour mixture, in thirds until well blended stir in chocolate chips and grated chocolate. Chill dough for 30 minutes Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cookies cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet before transferring to racks. AIRBNB
