Cantuccini Recipe | That is an very typical Italian Recipe
Cantuccini are very typical italian pastries. Very tasty recipe. Try it out!
Dough:
250g all purp. flour
100g sugar
a pinch of salt
25g butter
10g vanilla sugar
1 TS baking powder
2 eggs
100g ground almonds
50g sliced almonds
Bake at 180 degrees celsius apron. 20 min., cut and bake 5 more min.
