How to make German Chocolate Cupcakes with a surprise center.
What could be better than German chocolate cupcakes? Filling them with a delicious bourbon chocolate ganache!
For the cupcakes:
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
1/3 cup sour cream
For the Frosting:
3 large egg yolks
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
1 1/4 cups packed light-brown sugar
1 1/2 sticks (12 tablespoons) unsalted butter, cut into small pieces and brought to room temperature
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 2/3 cups (7 ounces) sweetened flaked coconut
1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) pecans, toasted and coarsely chopped
12 candied pecans for toppers
For the filling:
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate, chopped.
3/4 cup cream
1/3 cup bourbon

Cupcakes recipe with English subtitles
Ingredients:
1 cup Flour,
2 eggs,
¾ cup Powdered Sugar,
½ Cup Oil,
¼ Cup Milk,
1 tsp Vinegar,
1 tsp Vanilla Essence,
½ tsp Baking Powder,
½ tsp Baking Soda,
1 Pinch Salt,
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
& Oreo biscuits.
& for icing:
1 cup Whipping Cream,
& 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar.
Method:
First of all preheat the pan.
put a stand in pan.
cover & turn on the flame for 10~15 minutes.
now make the buttermilk
Milk is lightly warmed & add ½ tsp vinegar, vinegar or lemon juice.
mix it & put it aside.
now add flour to the bowl, baking powder, baking soda & Salt, powdered sugar & cocoa powder.
mix these all
take another bowl & add 2 eggs, ½ cup oil, ¼ cup buttermilk, 1 tsp Vanilla Essence & mix these all well.
add flour mixture in it & mix it.
our batter for cupcakes is ready.
put liners in cupcakes tray, put a little batter at bottom first,
put one oreo biscuit over it, pour batter over it again.
tab it once or more,
put this in preheated pan.
12 cupcakes can be made from this batter.
Cover the pan & bake it at medium to low heat for 25~30 minutes.
Once 25 minutes are done, check the cupcakes.
turn off the flame.
remove the tray and let them cool down.
now prepare the icing, take 1 cup whipping cream & beat it.
cream is little whipped, now add 2 tbsp powdered sugar & beat it again.
Once cream is well whipped fill this in piping bag fitted with star nozzle.
Pipe the cream on cupcakes.
Garnish with oreo biscuit.
Our delicious oreo surprise cupcakes are ready.
