How To make Sugarless Wheat'N' Fruit Cookies
1/2 c Butter
softened
1 Egg
2 ts Vanilla extract
1 c Whole wheat flour
1 t Baking powder
1/8 ts Salt
1 c Unsweetened coconut :
flaked
1 c Unsugared dates chopped
4 ts Orange peel :
fresh grated
1 c Pecans -- finely ground
Cream the butter, egg and vanilla together in a large mixing bowl. In a small bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking powder and salt. Add the flour mixture a little at a time, to the creamed mixture, beating after each addition. In a medium bowl, combine the coconut, dates, orange peel, and 1/2 cup of the pecans. Stir into the cookie mixture. Divide the dough in half and form into two logs, approximately 1.1/2 inches in diameter. Place the remaining 1/2 cup of pecans on a piece of waxed paper. Roll the logs in the nuts. Wrap each log in waxed paper and chill for 1 hour. To bake, slice the logs into 1/8 inch rounds and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet. Salted Crackers and Mini Cinnamon buns
Salted Crackers
3/4 cup warm water
1 tsp yeast
1 1/2 cup maida
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tsp butter
Filing
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
Method
-in a bowl take warm water and add in yeast and keep them aside for 10 mins to rise
-in another bowl add in maida,salt,sugar,baking powder,baking soda and mix well now add in the yeast mixture and mix it
-add in remaining 1/2 cup of maida and mix it
-add in butter and incorporate it well in the dough and knead the dough for around 5-6 mins
-cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour
-take the dough and add in some oil and knead it
-take a small portion of the dough and roll it
-it should not be too thin
-cut the dough into desired shape of the cookie and prick it nicely
-heat a pan with a stand and cover it and heat it on low flame for 5 mins
-now put the cookies in the tray and put it into the pan for 20 mins or until they turn light brown
Mini Cinnamon bread
-in a bowl take butter,brown sugar and cinnamon powder and mix them well and keep it aside
-take a small portion of the dough and roll it thin
-spread cinnamon mixture on it and roll it again
-cut it into small pieces and press the pieces
-line on the baking tray and bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees for 25-40 mins
Enjoy hot with milk,tea or coffee

¼ Cup Milk (Pour Gradually)
Mix Well
5 Inch Oil Greased Mould With Baking Paper
Pour The Batter
Spared Some Dates & Sesame Seeds
Place A Pan With Wire Stand
Place The Mould
Cook For 35-40 Min.
