How To make Sugarless Banana Walnut Cake
2/3 c Bananas; mashed
1/2 c Butter; softened
3 Eggs
2 c All-purpose flour
2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Ground cinnamon
3/4 c Water
1 c Walnuts; chopped
In a mixing bowl, beat the bananas and butter until creamy. Add the eggs and beat well. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon; add to banana mixture alternately with water, beating well after each addition. Stir in nuts. Spoon into a greased 9-inch square baking pan. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool. From: Mildred Burkett, Greencastle, Pennsykvania

All purpose flour or maida - 1½cup (200g)
Banana - 2 or 3
Egg - 2
Melted Butter - ⅓cup (75g)
Brown sugar - ¼cup (50g)
Sugar - ½cup (100g)
Milk - ½cup (120ml)
Baking powder - 1tsp (4g)
Baking soda - 1tsp (5g)
Cinnamon powder - ¼tsp
Vanilla essence - 1tsp (5ml)
Salt - ¼tsp
Pan size - 24 x 10.5 x 7 cm

TODAY'S RECIPE IS Banana Walnut Cake | Eggless & Without Oven | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Ripe banana 2 pieces
Sugar 3/4 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Blend until smooth
All purpose flour 1 & 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Milk 1/2 cup
Walnut 1/4 cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
9 inch baking pan
Grease oil
Place baking paper
Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 mins place the mould
Cook it on medium low flame for 35-45 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 180c 35-45 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

Banana Cake with Walnuts | Gluten & Sugar Free
This is one of our favourite weekend cakes - we make it at least twice a month for us and for friends. All my friends love it! It’s super easy to make and it’s a great healthy option for picnics, family gatherings and even special occasions like birthdays.
Ingredients:
6 eggs
4 large ripe bananas
150g Almond flour
50g Coconut flour
1.5 teaspoon soda
4 table spoons olive oil
1 cup of walnuts (or pecans)
Dired fruits as per your taste: figs, apricots, prunes, raising
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F/175C
1. Mix all dry ingredients together (almond flour, coconut flour and soda)
2. Beat the eggs
3. Add to the eggs the olive oil and mix
4. Mash bananas with a fork
5. Mix banana with the eggs
6. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients
7. Chop the walnuts and the dry fruits
8. Mix all well
9. Transfer to a banking cake try
10. Bake for 45-50 min at 350F/175C
If you have a special occasion you can cover on the top with mascarpone and all sorts of berries and Volia! You’ve got a birthday cake. Make sure that when you cover with mascarpone the cake has cooled down - if it’s hot, the mascarpone will get yellowish.
