How To make Stuffed Monkeys (Cinnamon Sugar Pinwheels)
1/2 c Butter or margarine
; softened (1 stick) 3 oz Cream cheese; softened
1 Egg yolk
1 c All-purpose flour; sifted
1/4 c Butter or margarine; melted
1/2 c Finely chopped pecans
1/3 c Sugar
2 ts Cinnamon
Confectioners' sugar; -(optional) Beat butter and cream cheese together in mixing bowl; blend in egg yolk. Stir in flour. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350. Divide dough in half. On lightly floured board or pastry cloth, roll out first half into a 12x10-inch rectangle. Brush with 2 tablespoons melted butter. Stir together pecans, sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle half of this mixture over dough. Roll up jelly-roll style, beginning with a long side. Cut into 1/2-inch slices and arrange one inch apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Repeat this procedure with second half of dough. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks. Dust with confectioners' sugar, if desired. -----

Chicken Pinwheels:
Your favorite bread down recipe
Canned chicken
Cream cheese
Mustard
Green onions
Favorite seasonings - salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc
Mix everything but bread down together until seasoned to your taste. Spread mixture onto rolled out bread dough, then roll into a long log. Slice like you would cinnamon rolls and place on a lined baking sheet. Let rise until about doubled. Bake at 375 for about 25 minutes, until golden brown.

Delicious & EASY Broccoli Cheddar Soup Recipe | Southern Fall Dinner
Hey family!! In today's video it's a rainy fall day and we are making the perfect thing for supper! Soup! Any kind of soup or chili is prefect on a cool rainy fall day and today we're making an easy Broccoli Cheddar Soup!
Broccoli Cheddar Soup
Ingredients:
1 stick butter
1 small onion diced
6 cups fresh broccoli
4 cups chicken broth
½ teaspoon each thyme and onion or garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
Instructions:
In a large saucepan, cook butter, onion and broccoli over medium heat until onion softens (about 3 minutes). Add chicken broth, and seasonings. Simmer until broccoli is softened, about 8 minutes.
Place flour in a small bowl. Add in cream a little at a time stirring until smooth, then add to soup. Continue whisking until thick and bubbly, about 3-4 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in cheeses and serve immediately. Top with more cheese, bacon pieces would also be yummy! ????
