How To make Stuffed Beef Dogs
2 lb Ground beef chuck
1/4 c Seasoned dry bread crumbs
6 oz Cheddar cheese
Ketchup Large egg 1/4 ts Salt
8 x Hot dog buns
Sweet chunky relish
In large bowl, with fork, combine beef, egg, crumbs and salt. Divide mixture into 8 equal potions. Cut cheese into eight 5- by 1/2-in. sticks. Shape one meat portion into a 6 by 3 in. oval. Place a cheese stick in center of oval. Roll up meat oval into hot dog shape to enclose cheese. Press ends to seal. Repeat to shape all portions. Preheat broiler. Place beef dogs on broiler pan. Broil beef until browned, carefully turning them for even cooking. Serve in buns with ketchup and relish. Serves 8

How to Make Cabbage Rolls
(serves 4 | 8 pieces)
200g Ground Beef and Pork, or single ground meat (7.1 oz)
1/2 tsp Salt
Pepper
20g Panko, Japanese breadcrumbs (0.7 oz)
3 tbsp Milk
1 Egg
70g Onion, chopped (2.5 oz)
1 Cabbage, 1.6kg/3.5 lb per cabbage
1 package of Tomato Sauce, 295ml/1.25 cups per package
250-300ml Hot Water, until cabbage rolls are submerged (1.06-1.27 cups)
30g Bacon, sliced, 5mm/0.2 strips (1.1 oz)
1 Bouillon Cube, 5.3g/0.2 oz per piece
1 Bay Leaf
Salt
Pepper
Parmesan Cheese, grated
Parsley Leaves, chopped

Meat stuffed baguette: a simple and delicious idea!
A quick and flavorful idea for a tasty dinner! INGREDIENTS
3 medium baguette; 400g (1 lb) minced beef;
100g (1 cup) cheese;
2 diced tomatoes; Dill;
Garlic;
4g (1 tsp) salt;
4g (1 tsp) pepper;
Butter.
METHOD
Melt the butter in a pan. Add the meat and simmer over low heat. Add garlic, tomato, dill, salt and pepper.
Saute until the meat is tender.
When the meat has cooled, mix with the grated cheese.
Dig out the baguette and fill it with the prepared mixture.
Bake in the oven at 360°F / 180°C for 20 minutes. Serve.
