How To make Strawberry Meringue Pie
1/3 cup crackers, saltines
crushed & divided
3 whole egg WHITES
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup pecans toasted :
chopped
1 pkg (4oz) German sweet chocolate
2 tablespoons butter
4 cups strawberries -- halved
1 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons cracker crumbs into a greased 9" pie plate. In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar; beat until stiff peaks form. Fold in the vanilla, pecans and remaining cracker crumbs. Spread meringue onto the bottom and up the sides of prepared pan. Bake at 300 deg F for 45 minutes. Turn oven off and do not open door; let cool in the oven overnight . Melt chocolate and butter; drizzle over shell. Let stand 15 minutes or until set. Top with berries. Whip the cream and confectioners' sugar until soft peaks form; spoon over berries.

How to Make KETO Strawberry Meringue Pie | EASY Low Carb Keto Dessert Recipe | MOSTACHON KETO
Hey Guys!
In this video I show you how to make a DELICIOUS Keto Strawberry Meringue Pie also known as Mostachon!
INGREDIENTS
Crust:
4 Egg whites
1 Cup almond flour
1/2 Cup granular erythritol
100 Grams crushed pecans
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp baking powder
Filling:
2/3 Cup heavy whipping cream
120 Grams cream cheese
1/2 Cup powder erythritol
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS:
-Preheat your oven at 355 degrees fahrenheit
- With a mixer, whisk your egg whites on medium speed until you reach a foam consistency
- Little by little add the almond flour, granular erythritol and baking powder, once it is all mixed incorporate the vanilla and mix on slow speed
- Incorporate the crushed pecans and with a spatula mix your batter slowly
- In a greased round pan, dump your batter and spread it evenly
- Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or till golden brown
- While your pie is baking, in a bowl soften your cream cheese with a mixer
- Once cream cheese is softened add heavy whipping cream, vanilla and powder erythritol and mix until you reach a thick creamy consistency
- Remove strawberries stem and slice them vertically
- Take your pie out of the oven and let it cool for about an hour
- Once your pie has cooled down, spread your creamy mixture evenly throughout your pie
- Place your strawberries all around the pie, starting from the outside and moving towards the middle
- ENJOY!

1/3 cup melted Butter

Pie Ingredients
1 8 oz. Cream Cheese, room temp
1 14 oz. can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/3 cup Lemon Juice
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Topping Ingredients
10 - 12 Strawberries, sliced
1 can of Redi-Whip
1/3 cup of sugar sprinkled over the strawberries
