finely chopped 2 ts Mild curry power 3 ts All-purpose flour 1 1/4 c Milk 6 ts Mango chutney Salt and pepper Cut chiken into 3/4 in pieces and mix with oil paprika and chilli powder. Place chicken on a serving plate. To make curry sauce heat oil in a saucepan. Add onion and cook until soft. Stir in curry powder and cook for 2 minutes then stir inflour. Gradually stir in milk and bring slowly to the boil stirring all the time. COntinue to cook until sauce thickens. Simmer for 5 minutes then add chutney and season with salt and pepper. Meat fondue recipe
Meat fondue ingredients: 1 liter of beef broth (recipe described at the end); 1 liter of red wine; 3 small onions; 5 slices of ginger; 1 tablespoon of soy sauce; 6 cinnamon husks; 3 star rings; 1 tablespoon of black pepper; 3 cloves; 1 piece of filet mignon cut into small cubes.
How to prepare the meat fondue: (1) Put the wine in a fondue pot. (2) Add onions, ginger, cinnamon, anise, black pepper and cloves. (3) Simmer for 2 minutes. (4) Add soy sauce and broth. (5) Simmer for another 2 minutes over medium heat. (6) Skewer a cube of filet mignon and cook in the meat fondue until it reaches your taste.
Meat broth ingredients: 1kg of beef cut into cubes; 1 chopped onion; 2 chopped garlic cloves; 1 celery stick; 1 leek; 1 sprig of rosemary; 1 bunch of thyme; 1 tablespoon of salt; 5 bay leaves; 1 bunch of chopped chives; 1 bunch of chopped parsley; 1 bunch of chopped coriander; 1 tablespoon of black pepper; 3 liters of water; 4 tablespoons of oil.
How to prepare the meat broth: (1) Put the oil in a pan and add the minced meat. (2) Let the meat brown well and add the salt, pepper, bay leaves, thyme and rosemary. (3) Stir for 2 minutes while the mixture is fried. (4) Add the chives, parsley, cilantro, garlic, celery and onion. (5) Finally, add water and cook for 2 hours over low heat. (6) Once ready, strain the broth and set aside to be added to the meat fondue.
