How To make Spice Marble Cake

2 c Sifted cake flour
2 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Shortening
1 c Sugar
2 Eggs, well beaten
2/3 c Milk
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Cloves
1/2 ts Nutmeg
2 tb Molasses
Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and beat thoroughly. Add sifted dry ingredients and milk alternately in small amounts, beating well after each addition. Divide batter into 2 parts. To one part, add spices and molasses. Drop by tablespoons into greased loaf pan, alternately light and dark mixtures. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 1/4 hour or until firm to the touch. Spread Butter Frosting on top and sides of cake. Makes 1 (8x8 inch) cake. Pour batter into fluted paper baking cups and bake 25 minutes. Cool and frost. Randy Rigg The Pinnacle Club BBS 812-963-9139

TODAY'S RECIPE IS Super Soft Marble Cake Recipe Without Oven | Easy Vanilla Chocolate Cake Recipe | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:

Marble cake
2 eggs (substitute 1/2 cup condensed milk)
Vanilla 1 tsp
Beat for one minute
Sugar 2/3 cup ( if you are using condensed milk then add 1/4 cup sugar)
Add gradually
Beat until creamy consistency
Oil 1/2 cup
All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Add gradually
Milk 1/4 cup (if you are making eggless version with 1/2 cup condensed milk & 1/4 cup sugar, then add 1/2 cup milk)
Divide batter
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Milk 1 tbsp
7 inch pan
Brush oil
Place baking paper
Random pour two color batter
Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 mins place the mould
Cook it for 25-35 mins on low flame
Or bake in preheated oven at 160c for 30-40 mins

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Milk 1/2 cup
Add gradually
Vanilla 1 tsp
Divide the batter
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
Milk 1 tsp
8 inch greased pan
Pour some vanilla batter
Pour some chocolate batter
Tap to remove air bubbles
Swirl with a stick
Bake in a preheated oven at 170c for 30-40 mins

vanilla extract 1tbsp (5ml)
cooking oil 1/2 cup (125ml)
flour (maida or all purpose flour) 1 & 1/2 cup (225g)
baking powder 1tsp (5g)
baking soda 1/2 tsp (3g)
warm water 1/2 cup (125ml)
cocoa powder 2tbsp (15g)

***baking tin size 7 inch
***baking time : bake preheated oven 170c for 40 to 45 minutes
