Recipe: Tajine with lamb and apricots | FOOBY
Tajine refers to both the traditional North African dish and the clay pot with a conical lid in which the food is cooked. This unique preparation method in the clay pot makes the food especially tender and aromatic. It may look complicated but it is very simple. Our version combines lamb and apricots: spicy, fruity, yummy!

???? Union Oyster House (
BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS - Welcome to Boston and one of the restaurants I was most looking forward to eating at was the Union Oyster House - the oldest continually running restaurant in the United States! They are known for their oyster bar and New England style seafood. In this video we’re getting a first hand look at Union Oyster House, the back end kitchen, and the legendary oyster bar!
First of all, I love the old building that actually dates back to way before Union Oyster House opened. There are so many stories that have come out of the amazing building. Union Oyster House opened in 1826, and when you arrive it’s a total step back in time, a living museum that’s a restaurant.
As you enter Union Oyster House, probably my favorite part of the entire restaurant is the oyster bar, which is the original oyster bar. It wasn’t a seating oyster bar, but rather a leaning oyster bar. And it happened to be a favorite of Daniel Webster who would lean at the bar and eat no fewer than 6 dozen oysters. The oysters were phenomenal, so fresh and local, and with a squeeze of lemon and a swipe of horseradish and cocktail sauce. It was some of the best cocktail sauce I’ve ever had.
After taking a full tour of the restaurant we then sat down for a full meal including clam chowder, more oysters, broiled haddock, shrimp with a tomato pesto sauce, and one of my favorite dishes, mussels in white wine, garlic and garlic. The food was fresh and local and prepared in classic New England style. The clam chowder is one of the best I’ve ever had.
Union Oyster House is an iconic restaurant, it has unparalleled history in the United States, and food is quite delicious - especially the oysters and the clam chowder! When you’re in Boston, for both food and history lovers, it’s a must.

Boston Food Tour - HUGE ITALIAN FOOD + 16” Chicken Parmesan Sub!! | Boston, Massachusetts
???? America’s Oldest Restaurant:
???? SUBSCRIBE: Don’t miss new food videos!
BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS - Welcome to Boston, a beautiful and historic city in New England with a vibrant Italian influence. Today we’re going on an Italian food tour of Boston, we’ll be checking out the North End and East Boston around the airport. Get ready for a huge chicken parm sub, pizza, and one of the USA’s greatest Italian meals!
Dino's Cafe ( - We started this tour in Boston’s north end, one of the great Italian American neighborhoods in the United States. It’s a great place to walk around, and enjoy the narrow streets and delicious food. We ate at a place called Dino’s Cafe, a wonderful spot offering home style Italian food and especially a variety of Italian style sandwiches. I specifically came to eat the massive fried chicken parmesan sub including fresh breaded deep fried cutlets, cheese, and marinara sauce. It was made fresh, and one of the best versions I’ve ever had - and on top of that, it’s huge! Price - $14
Rino's Place ( - Next up on this Italian food tour of Boston, we headed to Rino's Place, without a doubt one of the great Italian restaurants in the United States. It’s been praised by Guy Fieri, and I can tell you that it’s one of those places where no matter what you order off the menu, it’s going to be outstanding. Along with amazing food, the owner and all staff are fantastic. I ordered the signature lobster ravioli, plus a plate of amazing spaghetti (I can say it’s one of the best plates of spaghetti I’ve had in my life) and finally a plate of veal marsala with pasta. Again, all three dishes were top of the notch, absolutely amazing.
Total price - $99.51
Santarpio's Pizza ( - Finally to end this Italian food tour in Boston, I met up with my friend Jeffrey Merrihue ( to eat a few pizzas at the legendary Santarpio's Pizza, which is one of the best pizzas in Boston. Along with pizza, they are known for their kebabs, which they grill over fire at the front of the restaurant - is there anything better than kebabs before pizza? We ordered the sausage and garlic pizza, and it was delicious.
Boston is a fantastic city, and I loved eating all of this incredible Italian food when I was there.
