How To make Spaghetti with Bacon& Egg
- G Granaroli XbrG76A 1/2 lb Bacon
4 Eggs-beaten
1/2 c White wine
3 tb Unsalted butter
Pepper to taste 12 oz Thin spaghetti
1/2 c Grated Italian cheese
Cook bacon until lightly crisp. Drain and reserve 2 tbls drippings. Coarsly chop bacon and leave on the side. Melt butter in bacon drippings, add wine and pepper and simmer 5 min. Cook spaghetti according to directions. Add bacon to butter-wine mixture. The next step must be done quickly so the eggs will cook from the heat of the pasta. Drain pasta, well. Toss pasta with bacon sauce and beaten eggs. Mix with 1/2 the grated cheese and serve with extra cheese on the side for topping. For those looking to keep the fats down a bit, Eggbeaters can be substituted for the eggs.)

lf comfort food is what you are craving, you can't go past this delicious meal in a bowl. Today l combine all of my favourite ingredients to make a meal fit for a King.... or Queen!
What l used was:
400 to 500 grams of bacon (about a pound) l could have used a kilo!
5 eggs
1 cup parmesan
300 to 350 mls cream (10 to 12 ounces)
400 to 500g pasta (fettuccine) (a little under a pound)
a big chunk of butter
preheated oven 180c / 355f / gas mark 4
bake for 20 minutes

Pasta With Bacon And Peas - Not Carbonara Recipe
How To Make a Pasta With Bacon And Peas recipe... This is not a Pasta Carbonara recipe; but it's pretty close, and probably something that most of us have the ingredients for. This super quick pasta recipe is easy to make, and fills your belly!
Ingredients:
150g bacon, chopped
1 egg
2 egg yolks
5 mL (1 tsp) red pepper flakes
½ cup (80g) pecorino, finely grated*
sea salt and cracked black pepper
200g linguine
1 cup (120g) frozen peas, thawed
Method:
Heat a pot of salted water to a boil.**
In a large pan slowly heat and render the fat from the bacon.
Continue to cook the bacon, over medium heat until crispy.
Whisk together the egg, hot pepper flakes, cracked black pepper, and cheese.
Cook the pasta in the salted boiling water, until al dente.
Add the pasta to the pan with the bacon, without rinsing.
Toss together to coat with the bacon fat.
Add the egg mixture and toss, until the pasta is coated and sauce is thickened.
Add some of the pasta cooking water, to thin and smooth out the sauce if needed.
Add the peas, and toss well.
Serves 2.
*You can sub in any hard aged cheese you like.
**Use less water and salt than you normally would to cook pasta.
