Pasta Carbonara with Bacon, Cream and Egg Yolks - Maximum Creaminess! (Spaghetti)
The name Carbonara derives from Italian miners from the fourties and literally means in the manner of miners. It is said that the reason for such name was the way the pepper floats on the surface of the sauce, which reminds of coal flakes. Ingredients: Egg yolks (4) Garlic (2 cloves) Bacon (200 g/ 7 oz) Parmesan cheese (60 g/ 2.1 oz) Cream (150 ml/ 5.3 oz) Spaghetti pasta (250 g/ 8.8 oz) Enjoy, Mahlzeit, Bon appetit!
