Pineapple Cookies
1 c shortening 1 c brown sugar 1 c white sugar 1 c crushed pineapple 2 eggs 1 tsp salt ½ tsp baking soda 2 tsp baking powder 4 c flour Vanilla ½ c nuts
Method: Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and pineapple. Mix well. Mix and sift dry ingredients together add this to mixture. Add ½ c nuts cut in small pieces.
Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet. Cook 10 minutes at 350. Sometimes they will cook in less time you can tell by your oven.
