Middle Eastern Apricot Parfait
Prep: 20 minutes plus cooling Bake: 10 minutes Serves: 4
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons#FullCircleMarket™ #Organic 100% Honey
¼ teaspoon #FullCircleMarket™ #Organic Ground Cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon ground cardamom
3 sheets (14 x 9-inches each) phyllo dough, thawed at room temperature
Nonstick cooking spray
2 cups plain nonfat #Greekyogurt
¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons chopped dried apricot
2 oranges, peeled, separated into sections and coarsely chopped
¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons chopped dry roasted, lightly salted pistachios
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°; line rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. In small bowl, stir honey, cinnamon and cardamom; microwave 5 seconds or until melted.
2. Unwrap and unroll phyllo dough; cut in half crosswise to make 6 squares and cover with clean damp towel to prevent drying. Place 1 phyllo square on prepared pan, keeping remaining squares covered with damp towel; spray with cooking spray and drizzle with ½ teaspoon honey mixture. Repeat 4 times, placing squares on top of first layer for a total of 5 layers; top with remaining square and spray with cooking spray. Bake phyllo stack 10 minutes or until golden brown; cool completely and crush into small pieces. Makes about 1 cup.
3. In large bowl, stir yogurt and remaining honey mixture. Makes about 2/3 cup.
4. In 4 parfait glasses, layer ¼ cup apricots, ⅓ cup yogurt mixture, oranges, ¼ cup pistachios and remaining ⅓ cup yogurt mixture; top with remaining 2 tablespoons each apricots and pistachios, and sprinkle with crushed phyllo.

2 cups dried apricots chopped small
1 cup pitted dates chopped small
1 cup raisins chopped in half
1/2 cup slithered almonds
395g can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup coconut
mix all together fridge 1 hour roll into balls roll in extra coconut fridge atleast 2 hours. store in airtight containers in fridge last def 1 week wouldnt be surprise if they lasted more than 2 weeks
